Excelente departamento, limpio y moderno, con muchas comodidades, en un edificio muy moderno y con una excelente ubicación. Un barrio tranquilo y con muchas opciones cerca.

Hermosa vista y muy lindo lugar

El apartamento está en un lugar muy céntrico y está todo nuevo. La cama es muy firme. Si pretendes trabajar allí on line deberías saber dos cosas: - El salón y la cocina son muy oscuros, la luz natural está en la habitación y tienes que trabajar allí si quieres esa luz. - Estuve dos días sin internet, uno se cortó en plena videoconferencia de trabajo y volvió la conexión a las dos horas y otro día estuve 8 horas sin internet, si te ocurre tienes que contactar con Hestia para que te lo solucionen, lo hacen a distancia. Tiene escoba y trapos para la limpieza que no hay siempre. En general está muy bien y para corta temporada de visita a la ciudad es ideal. Si eres electrosensible, debes saber que la casa de enfrente a la terraza tiene aparatos de gran potencia funcionando 24/7 que emiten un zumbido constantemente. Lo mejor de todo el conserje Marcial, la mejor ayuda que tuve en toda mi estancia, en multitud de asuntos que no le competían fue siempre muy amable, resolutivo y atento.

Great place. Nice view, you're high up (away from barking street dogs that might disturb your sleep) and you have access to a nice rooftop space as well. Security guys are super friendly and helpful. Host super responsive. wi-fi good. Air conditioner works well Main negative is that the washing machine situation is not so good. You have to go down, get a key from security, then go back up to the roof. Maybe only 3 of the machines work, you have to book a slot on an app to use one of them, and the one time I did book, someone used it in my time slot before I could get to it. That's the one thing I would keep in mind. Overall I was very happy with my stay 👌🏻

Great place, multiple times stayed here. Clean, comfortable, close to the grocery store and walking distance to a shopping mall.

Great apartment with one bedroom. For a remote worked like me was perfect with that desk in the room and the room facing the sun! Beautiful sunset every evening and great rooftop with pool and gym! Totally worth it and very close to coffees and restaurants 5 minutes walk The Airbnb guys were super fast replying and friendly! Very nice and easy to communicate with them

Excelente ubicacion... muy comodo... muy seguro... cercano a todos los servicios... Volveremos seguramente a la ubicacion... saludos

10/10 Herbert was a perfect host and hosts like him are what make this platform great. He exceeded my expectations and during a small inconvenience out of his control he went out of his way to make things perfect for us. Very helpful, responsive and made us feel at home. His home was lovely and our family really enjoyed the space. A perfect stay and we will return again. Thanks for being such a great host Herbert!

What a wonderful place to stay—- in the house where Sophia has lived all her life , and it was great to be with her and her family ..what stood out though was my daughter and I spending a whole day with Sophia. It really was the highlight of our trip to Aregua and the surrounding area!!
