Paradisus Palma Real Swimming Pool : locations de vacances

Our stay was abbreviated due to our lack of tolerance for the area due to being approached outside of the security gate by aggressive street hustlers non-stop. This is no fault of the property or our host, but just not for us. Our host offered every accommodation possible and went above and beyond with assisting in transportation and food delivery options.

5 star stay at the Penthouse at Chateau del Mar. This is a great two storey condo with an amazing rooftop pool and ocean view... steps to the beach... close to restaurants and bars. Great wifi, ac in every room, huge tv with streaming channels, and ocean views from two of the three bedrooms. We loved it and hosted a memorable family reunion here during our 5 week stay at the penthouse. The owner Davinia is wonderful. She arranged pick up from the airport and was very responsive. If we needed anything she made sure that we got it immediately... water, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, clean bath and pool towels etc. Hotel level service. Also, there was no charge for electricity/hydro... a big plus. The staff were also terrific. Berto, the chamber maids, pool cleaners and security at the door all get a shout out for their great service. Thank you Daviana. We will be back to the Chateau del Mar. A great stay.

We stayed for one month. The best thing other than the weather and the beautiful beaches, was the service we received from the host Go Punta Cana Vacations. They were truly the best of any service I have ever received anywhere. They were extremely organized and communication was second to none. We had a few issues during our stay, but were resolved immediately. The apartment was very clean on arrival. The AC worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. So nice to have a washer and dryer. I appreciated the room darkening shade in the primary bedroom. The pool was clean and the grounds were well kept. The condo is very well located near everything. I was a bit worried about the large deposit required for electricity beforehand if staying for more than 28 days, but rest assured, they reimburse you back for what you don’t use. The apartment was a bit pricey and showing a bit of wear and tear, but knowing we had such an attentive host, it was well worth it! Thank you again. We’ll be back!

Very communicative host. Amazing location (the master bedroom is particularly beautiful). It is a bit hard to find is the only qualm. Otherwise, perfect.

Aguas Haus ist ein wahres Kleinod: in einem ruhigen Garten liegt es mit seiner Veranda mit fünf Minuten vom Strand entfernt und Restaurants, Bars, Beachclubs und ein Minimarkt sind gleich um die Ecke und dennoch hat man das Gefühl, abgeschieden zu sein. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist super. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über genügend Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren, wenn man sich abkühlen möchte. Agua ist eine total offene, freundliche und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr proaktiv und ich habe mich sofort bei ihr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann jedem diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!
