this was my first airbnb in Oroville I would come back and stay again. Great location to all my needs. The host communicated with me and met all my needs, even the early checkin which I 150% appreciated. I understand it can't always happen but it worked out that it was able to. It really shows they cared about us. thank you. Hope you like a soft bed... I slept great but my husband did not. I thought it would be the opposite. Just makes as look forward to returning home to ours after our trip. over all amazing place and host you will find joy in your stay with how personable they are with their guest. thank you for making our visit to Oroville special.

Chelsea is the best

I’ve stayed here before and knew how nice it was. I’ve stayed at other local places and this is by far the best. I’ll definitely be booking with Adam again on my return to the area.

Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

A lovely, quiet home in a peaceful, rural-agricultural neighborhood overflowing with historical Oroville vibes. Some other reviewers have commented their concern over the local homeless population and while we did see one such fellow, it wasn't an issue and didn't cause us to feel unsafe. The dogs loved the open space throughout the house and the fenced yard -- FYI, though: if you have a small dog that could squeeze through a 5"x5" square, the backyard fencing likely wouldn't meet your needs. The back porch with string lights is a nice space to spend the evening or in the morning with coffee. Love the early morning rooster sounds nearby that are only audible from outside the home! I also truly appreciated the abundance of cozy blankets for snuggling up with. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay if you are visiting the Oroville area. Jon and Yvonne have a lovely, spacious, greatly decorated home. I was there with my husband and two boys, and the space was spacious. Check-in was easy, and communication was fantastic. Although we had an unexpected facility issue that was out of everyone’s control, our hosts were quick to send their licensed contractor to analyze the situation. Speaks highly of their effort to address the issue. They also were nice enough to turn the AC on for us prior to our arrival. Helpful as it was over 100 degrees that weekend. Would stay here again.
