Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. It has its own entrance and shares two outdoor shaded areas and pool. The pool is for paying guests only. Local eateries such as Pearl Kitchen, Good Home, BlueBiYou and Fresh Choice are close by.

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house which is tenanted.

It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
