Paola : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It is located in a lovely village with the beautiful sea view and the beach nearby. Even if we didn’t met Anton personally, he did everything to make our stay comfortable with a very quick communication to all my questions. Definitely recommend you this place for a family vacation

Pasquale est un hôte très accueillant, très réactif. Il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur les visites à privilégier autour de sa location, notamment un très bon glacier 😋. L’emplacement est top pour accéder à Pizzo, Tropea et Scilla. Location au calme.

Posizione perfetta, 3 min a piedi dal mare. Appartamento comodo e molto Pulito. Aldo disponibilissimo per qualsiasi cosa. Mare difficile da dimenticare, un paradiso. Ritornerò sicuramente in futuro.

Ottima zona, qualche chilometro a nord di Pizzo calabro a 500 metri da un'ampia spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi attraversando una pineta profumata. Appartamento ampio e arredato di tutto punto. Il residence dove si trova, ha due piscine, una con scivolo ad acqua, campi da tennis e calcetto. Ottima l'accoglienza dei proprietari, gentili e disponibili. Consigliato a tutti.

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

Una delle più belle vacanze che abbia fatto. La Calabria, o meglio la Costa degli Dei, è spettacolare, soprattutto per una come me, che ama il mare e gli scogli. L'appartamento non è nuovissimo, è al terzo piano, ma è molto grande ed ha una terrazza con vista sul mare che da sola vale il prezzo. L'abitazione poi ha tutto, ma veramente tutto il necessario per soggiornarvi. A Briatico di per sè non c'è nulla; forse ad Agosto sarebbe stata un pò più "movimentata", ma a noi è piaciuta così "fuori dal mondo" e tranquilla. Tanto poi con la macchina ci si può spostare ovunque. L'unica pecca è l'odore di fogna che ogni tanto si sente, ma è un qualcosa che ho visto essere presente un pò dappertutto, anche in alcune spiagge. Che dire, sicuramente tornerò in Calabria, perchè mi è rimasta nel cuore!! Grazie Roger e Alexandre :-)

Die Unterkunft war wohl die beste Entscheidungen, die wir als Gruppe für unseren Urlaub getan haben. Die Kommunikation mit Vincent war super und hilfreich. Für jede Frage kam schnell eine Antwort zurück. Das Apartment befindet sich abgelegen vom ganzen Tourismus, jedoch genau zwischen Tropea (15min mit dem Auto) und Vibo Marina(10min mit dem Auto). Zusammen in Kombination mit dem Pool und den Nachbar war unser Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Zum Essen konnte man zu Fuß direkt bei Paradise Beach etwas leckeres finden. Mit 6 Personen waren wir perfekt für die Wohnung eingebucht. Warmes Wasser, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Tiefkühlschrank und Herd alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Klarer Wiederholungsbedarf

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5&8 Jahre) dort und auch sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt

+ Alles gut und Franco ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber + Er ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit + Franco zeigt einem die Gegend. - Der Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen Laut. - Es gibt keine richtige Küche.

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The accomodation has been excellent, from the beginning of my stay I have felt great. Everything has been as expected. The communication with Giuliano was proactive and above all customer centric. His response times were extraordinary and every upcoming question or issue has been clarified within minutes. I fully recommend this apartment to everyone going to Villapiana Lido. All shops can be reached within minutes and also the beach is so close that it has been an ease to reach it by foot. Enjoy your stay at this apartment as I did!

Felicito a Fabrizio por su casa y por la dedicacion de Carmine y su esposa para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Lo pasamos muy bien porque todo funciona y todo está limpio Dejamos el auto en un lugar muy espacioso y eso es muy importante. Muchas gracias!

L'ambientazione nei vicoli di Scalea vecchia è estremamente suggestiva. Il parcheggio, anche gratuito, è molto semplice da trovare. La casa è deliziosa, in particolar modo la cucina ed il terrazzino, con una vista bellissima. Il doppio bagno poi è un'estrema comodità. Il tutto per un prezzo vantaggiosissimo. La casa è inoltre fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari.

Es war wunderschön, die Kommunikation mit Silvio war super. Bei Fragen und Problemen war er stets schnell zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Alloggio ben organizzato e pulito, facilmente raggiungibile ed in posizione strategica per poter raggiungere tutti luoghi della costa degli dei. Aerea molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Cucina ben fornita di ogni utensile e giardino privato molto accogliente. Rosa è sempre stata un host presente ad ogni nostra richiesta ed informazione.

Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

Die Unterkunft von Rachael in Pizzo ist super, wirklich das am besten ausgestattete AirBnB in dem wir je waren. Es gab nicht nur alles übliche, sondern außerdem Sonnenschirme, Stühle und Handtücher für den Strand, eine Kühltasche, Wäscheklammern, Kartenspiele und Reiseführer! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles sehr schön hergerichtet und sauber war. Rachael war auch super nett, einfach zu erreichen und hat uns einen Tipp fürs Abendessen gegeben der goldwert war (Chilli Pepper). Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen! Everything was as advertised. The pictures of the place on Airbnb looked enticing and were exactly as we found it . The exterior was adorned nicely with flowers and the front patio had sun throughout the day . The interior was perfect for a couple . A nice kitchen/dining area and bedroom area. The bathroom and shower were fine. The interior walls were reflective of the exterior stone construction, providing a continuous local flavor to the experience . The area was quiet and private. We did not use the provided heaters even though the temperatures in early April were in the mid 50s-low 60s degF. Every time we walked back to the place from various locations we were impressed by its look and how it stood out along the walking tour of the centro storico . Lorenzo was always available to answer questions and his father was helpful in our check in and in helping us during our stay, and of course, watering of the flowers. We would happily rebook the place, a perfect stay from the start.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Siamo ritornati dopo tre anni nell'alloggio di Gilda e tutto é stato impeccabile, la vista mozzafiato sulla costa degli Dei rende magico il soggiorno, dal terrazzo abbiamo ammirato i tramonti e la posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta per raggiungere le più belle spiagge della zona, Gilda ci accoglie sempre con affetto e ci fornisce ottimi consigli per visitare Tropea e Capo Vaticano. Tutto perfetto, grazie Gilda

We drove down from Rome and needed a place to stay for one night to break up the drive. We were sad it was only one night- Pizzo is adorable, the food was amazing, and since we were there off-season, it was pretty quiet. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. The family all came out to meet us (even the dog!) and to make sure we were comfortable. The two recommendations they gave us (restaurant and gelateria) were both PERFECT! Will come back to stay longer next time...

L'appartamento si trova in un complesso tranquillo, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera di Punta Safó. Si tratta di una spiaggia sabbiosa, dal mare limpidissimo e generalmente poco affollata. L'appartamento é dotato di una terrazza ampia dalla quale si puó vedere il mare; ci sono anche un tavolo, delle sdraio ed un divanetto. La cucina é ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire; molto apprezzate la cassa bluetooth in salotto e la libreria in camera. Dirk é un host preciso e attento ma un grazie speciale va a Lisa, la quale di fatto ci ha accolti, consigliati ed é sempre stata disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Super consigliato!
