Great, easygoing and safe neighborhood, with lot's of cafe's and places to eat within walking distance. **PLEASE NOTE currently there are construction works going on the roof of the building. Die Lage von „Haus Prerow“ ist zentrumsnah. Binnen 20min bist du mit den Öffi' s am Alexanderplatz. Öffi's und Einkaufszentren sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Eigenheimsiedlung mitten in Berlin. Haus Prerow ist ein Einzimmerapartment mit Bad und Dusche und befindet sich separat auf unserem Grundstück. Wir stellen Euch einen Kühlschrank, einen kleinen Ofen, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und bei Bedarf auch ein Babybett zur Verfügung. Kostenloses Parken möglich

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Wir vermieten ein kleines, gemütliches Ferien-Appartement mit separatem Eingang im eigenen Haus. Direkt neben den "Gärten der Welt" haben wir viel Grün um uns herum, freies Parken und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5). Zur Weihnachtszeit ist es besonders schön dekoriert bei uns und der Glühweintopf steht bereit. Berlin hat viele sehr schöne Weihnachtsmärkte und im nahen Tierpark gibt es eine zauberhafte Lichterschau.

Weißensee est situé à environ 20min du centre.

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
