Make your coffee or tea and enjoy the can of cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator ready to bake. Stroll down Route 66, with its many antique shops, restaurants, and bars.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway for two in our brand new bungalow. The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. The back yard features a cedar pergola with hot tub, a seating area and gas BBQ grill.

Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

Come relax and unwind at the Nifty Nest-Bird's Egg Cottage. A beautiful space, centrally located, with close access to two main highways, and a city park. Thoughtful attention paid to all details, to ensure the comfort and convenience of our guests. This awesome little house is just 10 minutes from most of Amarillo. This house is very clean and newly built in 2024. Our guests all agree this is such a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is a small 1 bedroom, with everything you'll need for your stay. Inside the house is very clean and comfortable but outside is my favorite part. Here you'll find some of the best front porch sittin' around and the sunsets are pretty awesome too! You'll have wide open spaces and plenty of privacy.

There are plenty of restaurants and antique stores in historic buildings. Master bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom is very small and only has a day bed.
