Spacious studio, very clean, complete amenities, and located ideally at Iloilo Business Park. This Airbnb is a perfect base when in Iloilo. It is a short walk to the Festive Walk Mall and IMOCA, and a short grab ride to Molo Plaza and Jaro Plaza. The pool and gym were also excellent. The hosts are very kind and responsive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

the actual location is revealed only after booking and was surprised that is actually proximate to my favorite pasyalan K Town, Festive Walk/Mall. i rented the room for my brother's family who flew very very late. the room was ready even before 3pm so i was able to check it out. i saw others' review about it super clean and was consistent to what i observed. the host was responsive which i appreciate. their stay was short but they rest well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

We had an amazing stay at the Apartelle! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The Host was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions. Upgrading our rooms really made our experience extra special. The only small issue was that the door was a bit difficult to open/close, but aside from that, everything was absolutely worth it. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kalibo. Thank you for hosting us— me and my Family would love to come back here!💖 God bless!

Overall stay was great and indeed feels like home. We have left some stuff in the unit and Ms. Dodie and the front desk were very helpful in securing our things and made sure to contact us right away. Super appreciate the easy communication and the super fast wifi was a big plus for my husband and I who were working night shift. Thanks so much!

We felt safe and peaceful in the house and in the neighborhood area, had clean and much ample space, and most importantly, the hosts were very understanding of our needs and responsive throughout our stay. Will come again for our next trip to Bacolod City.

We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

We had such a great time here, the pictures don't even do justice how beautiful the area and the property really is! Paul was very helpful with giving tips and making sure everything was fine during our stay, and Gloria and Johnny were just amazing and such sweethearts helping us with everything we needed. We did island hopping, went to nearby beaches, town central and mango plantation with tricycle and participated in karaoke party with locals. What a great experience and would love to visit again! One thing that I'd do differently next time is to get breakfast items and snacks with us beforehand before arriving to the accommodation, as the location is quite remote! But Gloria helped and cooked for us when we arrived so we didn't get empty stomachs :)

Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

We had an amazing stay at Jorja’s place for over two weeks! The location was perfect—conveniently close to town and my family, yet in a peaceful area with little traffic, making it a truly relaxing retreat. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had a wonderful homey feel. Everything we needed was provided, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The garden was beautifully maintained, and we loved spending time on the balcony, enjoying the fresh air and gentle breeze. With few neighbors around, it felt extra private and peaceful. Most importantly, my daughter and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The bed, linens, and pillows were all fresh and incredibly comfortable. We truly felt at home here. Highly recommend Jorja’s place, and without a doubt, we’ll be back next time we’re in Dumangas!

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

A large house in a secure, gated community. Host communicates well, self check in was easy. The only thing to note, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is positioned as an extension of the master bedroom and doesn’t have a direct access (you have to go through master bedroom to get to it). Over all a decent house that I would happily recommend!

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

The unit is clean and provided with balcony..perfect for guests who smoke. Host is very responsive and accomodating..the only thing i was disappointed was my daughter wasnt able to swim in the pool coz its under repair and we werent able to sleep well at night coz the videoke sound from outside gets into the room very loudly..but still we enjoyed our stay..will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time at Gladys's place in ILO! Great, quiet location, still close enough to cafes, 7/11 and one of the malls. The condo was lovely and perfect for our needs, and Gladys was super helpful and responsive the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
