The place is amazing. Melbin is a very good host, very friendly and treats guests like family. He helped us with the itinerary and cab for the trip around Munnar. The stay was amazing, zero hassles. About the place: The road which leads to the stay from the main road is a bit narrow. But Melbin himself arrived and took us in his car to directly to the stay. The place, the architecture, the plan, the accessories and service is all great. The view, nature, surroundings is nothing less than exceptional. Thank you Melbin for making the stay memorable

This Cabin/TreeHouse is one of the best stays I have had so far. The place is lush green and in between a private estate. The place is very peaceful and totally cut off from humans, sans the care taker. The view from the place is amazing, surrounded by greenery and voices of the forest. The nights, if you enjoy the voices of nature is enjoyable too. The place is equipped well for cooking, please carry grocery if you plan to cook. If you prefer outside food, plan in advance as the drive to nearest town is around 9 kms and not for city dwellers post dark. Also plan to reach the place in day light on day 1, the terrain needs some getting to know post which you should be comfortable. Sarath the care taker is helpful. Can be of assistance if you need help with reasonable timelines.

Though it is not close to Vagamon, excellent home to stay and Cristo is very friendly. I can give 100 out of 100 for the home food made and services by the host. We were lucky since it was rained, so we got very good bath at the falls behind the house. Thank you for all the service

Incredible mountain views, very comfortable. Perhaps difficult if you have no transportation, and quite a long way from Munnar proper. But seemed anywhere in a 50km radius was ‘Munnar’

Initially, we were planning to stay in Munnar, but after seeing the rates and reviews for your homestay, we decided to choose it—and it turned out to be a wonderful decision! The hospitality and care you provided were beyond exceptional. It’s hard to find the right word to describe how well we were treated—it was truly outstanding. One of the highlights of your stay was the PlayStation 5 with a variety of games and multiple controllers. It added so much fun to our evenings as we played with friends. Additionally, the large projection screen in the room, paired with high-speed Wi-Fi, allowed us to enjoy movies like we were in a personal theatre. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft cushions that ensured a perfect night’s sleep. Since it was New Year’s time, we wanted to celebrate by cooking and having a BBQ. We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing. I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was spotless and offered a stunning view. The amenities were excellent — I especially appreciated the clean, well-maintained common areas and the quiet atmosphere. The overall environment was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free experience.
