You’ll appreciate the attention to detail found throughout. We pride ourselves on cleanliness too! Incredible mountain views from every window and deck will leave you in awe! Oftentimes Eagles will come to perch in the large tree at the corner of the building! Come be our guest at The Eagles Perch in the land of the midnight sun!

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Guest Suite -Bigger Than a tiny home

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.

Beautiful cabin nestled in the trees with gorgeous views of the mountains, 1/2 mile from Kings River access and 31 miles from the Matanuska Glacier Park. Our cabin is located just off the North Glenn Highway 62 miles from Anchorage, Alaska and 15 miles from Palmer, Alaska.
