Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

These are within easy walking distance along the sea promenade lined with colourful beach huts. There are four bedrooms which sleep 7 plus a double bedsettee in the sun lounge.
