it’s my second time for staying in Qing apartment, it was nice.

Place is very comfortable to stay in . Highly recommended .

Proses self check-in mudah, pentunjuknya jelas, ka Christin membantu dan menjawab dengan segala pertanyaan sy. parkir mobil ada 2 bagian, basement 2 lantai [berbayar perjam/bisa jd member perbulan..ada akses lift ke lobi dari basement] dan valet diluar gedung berbayar dekat pintu keluar gate 1. Unitnya bersih tp bukan yg spotless gitu, wangi dan kasur bersih. AC dingin. di kasih 5 handuk. alat masak cukup memadai tp ga ada magicom. galon aqua di kasih 2. kulkas berfungsi dan dingin. ada water heater, air di toilet dan sink kenceng. tv bisa netflix tp pake akun sendiri yaa. Selama sewa di tempat ka Christin kita nyaman kalo bosan bisa ke mall sebelah liat laut, pas depan lobi ada jembatan ke mall. worth the money 👌 untuk unit ka Christin yg sudah all in per bulan kecuali parkir termasuk murah sihh.. thank you so much kakk ❣️ sukses selalu. untuk yg mobil gede mungkin rada susah dpat parkir di basement soalnya kalo udh malam full sampe parallel parking jd sempit banget..

I recommend it. I spent happily with polite and prompt response. The view from the room is wonderful as you can see the sea.

Exactly as described! Location is the best and view from the room is just beautiful! It was the best decision :) Checkout process is a little difficult if you want to leave early morning. Do align with the host in advance for that. Rest all amazing!

great for the price

Rumahnya pas sudah sesuai, furniture lengkap semua, full AC juga. Proses check in cepat. Namun tdk ada TV & wifi tapi sebenarnya it's okay krn kami hanya menginap saat malam tahun baru jd lebih banyak diluar. Ke club house jg dekat bisa jalan kaki. Adrian as a host jg sangat responsif dan fast response. All good 👍🏻

I had a delightful stay at Elfa’s place – a perfect escape from the noise and crowds of the city. The sea was stunning, with a coral reef just 30 meters from the house. Elfa was incredibly helpful, organizing activities and offering clear, thoughtful recommendations. Her team was fantastic, always ensuring I had everything I needed. The kindness and hospitality were truly exceptional. I’ll definitely be back!

Menginap disini sangat menyenangkan, banyak hal yg bs kami lakukan, tempat sangat bersih. Pak Robertus sangat baik, responsif, dan memberi kami waktu untuk sholat dl sebelum check out.

I enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was beautiful and match the description. Joshua was very responsive and Felix accommodated our needs very well. We love the infinity swimming pool facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the mall just right below the units. We definitely will come back to Joshua’s place if we are going to stay around PIK. Thank you!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and gave off a calm, aesthetic vibe that made us feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer any questions and ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect, it is in the heart of PIK area. We had some issues, but Jessica was being incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, ensuring we had everything we needed.
