We have just returned from a week long stay at Marielle’s villa. Family of four with 2 teenagers. Marielle was very responsive, answered questions and gave us some great suggestions of how to spend our time in Marrakesh. We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The garden and outside seating are lovely. The pool was bigger than we expected, and is set among the orange and olive trees which provided a relaxing calm space to off set the liveliness of Marrakesh. It’s about 30 mins to the medina, and makes exploring the Atlas Mountains very accessible. We had an evening meal and breakfast prepared by Fatima which was all delicious. Ayoub, the care taker is very communicative, always on hand but in no way instructive. He helped us arrange activities in the area which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this Villa, and we hope to stay again

Magnifique séjour passé à la villa Koutoubia entre amis. La villa, le jardin, la piscine tout était parfait 👍 La villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Fatima et Abdou, je recommande leur service les yeux fermés. La communication avec Sybille a été très bonne du début à la fin. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir !

This is the most amazing villa set in wonderful gardens. Each room is furnished beautifully and there are multiple seating areas in the garden and around the pool. Such a tranquil and relaxing place. The housekeeper was very welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast each morning. She is an amazing cook and we had several meals that were delicious - I would recommend the lemon chicken. The villa is about 30 mins from the medina and we visited several days. Sabrina was easy to contact and provided helpful advice. I would totally recommend this villa and happily stay again when we next busy marrakech. Thank you

Un séjour merveilleux dans une villa magnifique et confortable. Nous avons séjourné un peu plus d une semaine et avons pleinement profité des commodités de la villa : piscine chauffée, table de ping pong, preparation de succulents plats par la merveilleuse Khadija, wifi haut débit et literie de qualité. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa avec un hôte Rachid réactif et sympathique !

Hôtes et collaborateurs accueillants et proactifs. Très jolie maison, 100% conforme aux photos et à la description. Bien située, malgré sa position dans le couloir aérien de Marrakech. Nous recommandons vivement !

We had an incredible 3-week stay with my family, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The house and property are absolutely stunning—honestly even better than the pictures! The pool is big, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather, and everything is beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. Communication with John was smooth and easy from start to finish, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Hayat, who prepared us delicious meals every day—we truly felt spoiled. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Very quiet place, no traffic. We didn’t use the pool as too cold in Dec but the pool was constantly cleaned. Garden is nice with hammock and seating. Bed lining was very clean. Two children met us on arrival to pass us the keys and the gardener came out from the house opposite immediately when I asked for parking and check out. Parking inside the gate is doable but pretty tight - small car and good driving recommended. I parked inside once and asked if I could park next door and it was OK, easy parking and close. Wifi works well and we streamed on TV for children. A nice place, only downside would be finding it and parking inside. Best way of finding it would be ask for the address of the school, which is on a main road. Right next to the school, you turn inside on mud track but you arrive in 1-2 minutes. The only park you have to use a mud track was the last 300 meters but Google maps took me to a few km of narrow mud track.

Amazing Villa , amazing staff who made the most wonderful food I have ever eaten ! Every bedroom was beautiful . Lots to do at the Villa for our family , and the transport and drivers were great for getting to and from the airport and into the centre. Would love to return one day .

Tout d'abord, je tiens à remercier Abdelhakim et son épouse pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. La villa est magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable. Abdelhakim et son épouse proposent des services dignes des plus grands hôtels. Nous avons pris un petit déjeûner copieux, variés, surtout très bon. Nos enfants ont adoré la piscine chauffée et c'est un plus à ne pas négliger. Ce sont des hôtes attentionnés qui aiment recevoir, qui aiment faire découvrir la cuisine et la culture marocaine. Je conseille vivement. En tout cas, nous y reviendrons. Grâce à eux nous avons passé un excellent sejour.

Maison sympathique dans l’ensemble avec un très bel extérieur (piscine, salle de sport, terrain sport, jardin). Personnel très gentil et réactif si besoin. Petit point négatif avec certains équipements manquants ou en panne : lave vaisselle, machine à laver, peu de matériel pour cuisiner et assiettes, couverts, verres. Non précisé dans l’annonce le hammam est payant au bout de 2 utilisations.

Séjour incroyable dans cette magnifique villa qui est très sécurisée avec un gardien présent h24. La villa est très bien décorée, propre, avec une piscine très bien chauffée. L’environnement est très calme, c’est très reposant. Khadija est adorable, le petit déjeuner était très bon et le ménage très bien fait. La communication avec Lilya est très fluide car elle est très réactive. Notez qu’il faut 30 mns pour aller dans le centre. Je recommande !

We had an awesome stay at Villa Sofia. It’s beautiful and well laid out with plenty of activities to keep our large group busy enjoying table tennis, tennis court, a very well heated pool, and gym. The rooms are well spread out for privacy even with a large groups. The villa manager Zaki and chef Hasna were incredible. Not a single thing was too much trouble. They made our stay very special, always on hand to help out and super organised (when the pool heating had issues it was all fixed within 24 hours!). They accommodated every request and always made sure the little ones were well looked after too! Our very picky kids left loving Kefta tagine. Its worth being aware it’s quite remote. The transfer company were super flexible and responsive (our group went out almost every day) but pretty eye wateringly expensive (€60 round trip to the local golf course). May be worth renting a car if you want to get about.

Stayed with my family and we had a great time! The place was comfortable and everything went smoothly.

Great Stay at this Villa, the house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked well and we enjoyed the cinema room, its also close to Marrakech city center

Un vrai havre de paix nous avons passée un excellent séjour, Smahine est très réactif et à l'écoute de ses hôtes, mention spéciale à la cuisinière qui à été adorable et ses repas était délicieux merci à elle. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus les transats hyper confortable et la table de ping-pong un bonus sympa. La literie était confortable et aucun bruit la nuit, nous reviendrons.

What a lovely week we spent in Adbou's beautiful villa! The pool and garden area are even more beautiful than the photos. We went with our 3 children (1, 4,5) and they all loved the villa. It especially worked well on the hotter days (27+) as the cold water pool was really refreshing, and the villa stays very cool inside. We needed to do quite alot of super market trips into Marrakech as there really isn't any other local shops- so definitely worth getting a rental car as it's a 30, sometimes 40 minutes trip each way. Abdou and his wife cooked me and my husband a meal on one of the nights which was a real treat. The garden is so beautifully kept and very private, with eating areas etc so we spent most of our time out there. Inside the kitchen had everything we needed (although I struggled with the drip coffee machine!) and showers get nice and hot. WiFi comes in and out but worked well most days. I hope we will be able to come back again!

We had a great stay. Youssef was very responsive to questions and requests. The house was clean and child-friendly, with a high chair, corner protectors on the table, and a stair gate — so we didn’t have to worry. The private chef, Zahra, communicated clearly, was proactive, and thought along with us. The pool was clean and heated as promised.

Nôtre séjour c est très bien passé. la villa est superbe et nous avons bien profité. nous comptons sûrement revenir. je recommande beaucoup.

Als je van rust en privacy houdt is dit het ideale huis. Schoon en ruim ! De tuin met vermaak voor de kids en het prachtige zwembad maken het een ideaal verblijf. Marwan beveiligd het huis in de nacht ( niet omdat het niet veilig is maar meer omdat het een beetje afgelegen is) . Daarnaast kan Marwan je overal van voorzien. Zijn vrouw maakt op verzoek lekkere ontbijtjes of andere gewenste maaltijden. Hele aardige man die heel dienstbaar is.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette ferme rénovée avec piscine. Le jardin est spacieux, très bien entretenu, et parfait pour se détendre. Les enfants ont adoré les jouets et l’espace extérieur, tout est pensé pour les familles. L’endroit est calme, entouré de nature, idéal pour se ressourcer. L’hôte était accueillant et attentionné. On reviendra sans hésiter !

La villa était magnifique, avec des chambres très spacieuses, chacune équipée de sa propre salle de bain et toilettes, et un accès direct à la piscine. L'hôte a été très réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous avons également fait appel à la cuisinière Laaziza, qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et nous a préparé des plats délicieux. Une expérience mémorable, je recommande vivement !
