We have just returned from a week long stay at Marielle’s villa. Family of four with 2 teenagers. Marielle was very responsive, answered questions and gave us some great suggestions of how to spend our time in Marrakesh. We had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The garden and outside seating are lovely. The pool was bigger than we expected, and is set among the orange and olive trees which provided a relaxing calm space to off set the liveliness of Marrakesh. It’s about 30 mins to the medina, and makes exploring the Atlas Mountains very accessible. We had an evening meal and breakfast prepared by Fatima which was all delicious. Ayoub, the care taker is very communicative, always on hand but in no way instructive. He helped us arrange activities in the area which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this Villa, and we hope to stay again

La maison d'Anass est très belle, spacieuse et bien décorée avec tout le confort nécessaire (climatisation, machine à laver, ustensiles du quotidien,...) et des "plus" fort sympathiques (billard, tennis de table, piscine, barbecue). Nous y avons passé des moments très agréables. Anass est très réactif et bienveillant. Naïma (la cuisinière) a évidemment participé à la qualité de notre séjour. La maison est située à une vingtaine de minutes du centre dans un quartier en devenir (des restaurants et un Carrefour Market à 5 minutes en voiture).

Magnifique séjour passé à la villa Koutoubia entre amis. La villa, le jardin, la piscine tout était parfait 👍 La villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Fatima et Abdou, je recommande leur service les yeux fermés. La communication avec Sybille a été très bonne du début à la fin. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir !

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison ,L’endroit est idéal pour se détendre ,le jardin est spacieux pour les enfants La maison est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Sabrina est très réactive et arrangeante car dans notre cas nous avions besoin d’un lit supplémentaire enfant . Un grand merci à Zineb, la gouvernante, qui a pris soin de nous tout au long du séjour. Ses plats typiquement marocains étaient absolument délicieux. Nous aimerions y revenir un jour

Un séjour merveilleux dans une villa magnifique et confortable. Nous avons séjourné un peu plus d une semaine et avons pleinement profité des commodités de la villa : piscine chauffée, table de ping pong, preparation de succulents plats par la merveilleuse Khadija, wifi haut débit et literie de qualité. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa avec un hôte Rachid réactif et sympathique !

Hôtes et collaborateurs accueillants et proactifs. Très jolie maison, 100% conforme aux photos et à la description. Bien située, malgré sa position dans le couloir aérien de Marrakech. Nous recommandons vivement !

We had an incredible 3-week stay with my family, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The house and property are absolutely stunning—honestly even better than the pictures! The pool is big, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather, and everything is beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. Communication with John was smooth and easy from start to finish, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Hayat, who prepared us delicious meals every day—we truly felt spoiled. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Very quiet place, no traffic. We didn’t use the pool as too cold in Dec but the pool was constantly cleaned. Garden is nice with hammock and seating. Bed lining was very clean. Two children met us on arrival to pass us the keys and the gardener came out from the house opposite immediately when I asked for parking and check out. Parking inside the gate is doable but pretty tight - small car and good driving recommended. I parked inside once and asked if I could park next door and it was OK, easy parking and close. Wifi works well and we streamed on TV for children. A nice place, only downside would be finding it and parking inside. Best way of finding it would be ask for the address of the school, which is on a main road. Right next to the school, you turn inside on mud track but you arrive in 1-2 minutes. The only park you have to use a mud track was the last 300 meters but Google maps took me to a few km of narrow mud track.

Amazing Villa , amazing staff who made the most wonderful food I have ever eaten ! Every bedroom was beautiful . Lots to do at the Villa for our family , and the transport and drivers were great for getting to and from the airport and into the centre. Would love to return one day .

La villa est parfaite, toutes les pièces sont très spacieuses. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, Abdelhakim et sa femme sont très réactifs, ils nous ont donnés de très bons conseils sur les restaurants à faire et les choses à faire à Marrakech. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leurs demander. Ne pas hésiter également à faire appel à Fouzia qui nous a préparer de très bons petits plats. Seul petit point qui ne peut pas être améliorer: l’exposition du soleil sur la piscine qui malheureusement est à l’ombre à partir 14h mais le soleil est présent sur les transats dans le jardin. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir et à conseiller cette magnifique villa à nos proches.

Lilya was a great host, so responsive and always there to help. I would recommend staying at her beautiful house, it’s a fantastic place for some winter sun. If you are looking to get into Marrakech it is quite far outside so be prepared.

Had my hen weekend here and everything was perfect! The villa is stunning and Mohamed was a perfect host. Responsive and went above and beyond to make the weekend special for me and my friends. Will definitely be coming again!

This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic - well and truly above all expectations! The accommodation also came with OUTSTANDING hosts, who cooked, cleaned and answered any questions anyone had at any time. We had dinner at the Airbnb on 3 nights - this was better than any food we had outside the accommodation! Big thank you Said and Khadija - they are what made this stay so special for me and my family.

Wow - what a stay at Dar Banati! The villa is absolutely beautiful, large spaces, great bedrooms and a truly magical outside space with a large pool and some really well thought out and comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy meals outside. The photos don’t do this villa justice - it’s just magical. Around 30 minutes from the Medina by car and extremely well landscaped and peaceful - the perfect spot for a stay in Marrakech. The team at the villa were incredible, from answering any questions and help in arranging trips and restaurant bookings in advance. Helping create the perfect catering package for our group and much much more! During our stay, I can’t say enough about the villa team. They were absolute perfection, extremely professional and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the most magical few days with them. We did half board and the food and service was incredible. If I could give more stars overall I would. Thank you for such a happy and memorable stay!

Great Stay at this Villa, the house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable, the wifi worked well and we enjoyed the cinema room, its also close to Marrakech city center

Un vrai havre de paix nous avons passée un excellent séjour, Smahine est très réactif et à l'écoute de ses hôtes, mention spéciale à la cuisinière qui à été adorable et ses repas était délicieux merci à elle. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus les transats hyper confortable et la table de ping-pong un bonus sympa. La literie était confortable et aucun bruit la nuit, nous reviendrons.

What a lovely week we spent in Adbou's beautiful villa! The pool and garden area are even more beautiful than the photos. We went with our 3 children (1, 4,5) and they all loved the villa. It especially worked well on the hotter days (27+) as the cold water pool was really refreshing, and the villa stays very cool inside. We needed to do quite alot of super market trips into Marrakech as there really isn't any other local shops- so definitely worth getting a rental car as it's a 30, sometimes 40 minutes trip each way. Abdou and his wife cooked me and my husband a meal on one of the nights which was a real treat. The garden is so beautifully kept and very private, with eating areas etc so we spent most of our time out there. Inside the kitchen had everything we needed (although I struggled with the drip coffee machine!) and showers get nice and hot. WiFi comes in and out but worked well most days. I hope we will be able to come back again!

We had a great stay. Youssef was very responsive to questions and requests. The house was clean and child-friendly, with a high chair, corner protectors on the table, and a stair gate — so we didn’t have to worry. The private chef, Zahra, communicated clearly, was proactive, and thought along with us. The pool was clean and heated as promised.

Superbe découverte c est le meilleur air bnb que j ai pu faire sur Marrakech...propre calme dépaysant. très jolie piscine et la villa c est mon coup de coeur. A très vite je l espère.

Villa Atlas Farm is in a very peaceful setting with loads of space for our children to run around. The hosts could not have been more helpful, they were fantastic. There is a lovely man Hicham who cleans the pool each day, very friendly with the kids and was on hand for anything we needed - but respected our privacy. He bought us a tray of eggs from the chickens which we really enjoyed eating. The property is about 40 minutes away from Central Marrakech, so be prepared to drive everywhere you need to go, but it was lovely being in the peace and quiet, with views of the Atlas Mountains. Our kids (5 & 7) loved the pool, trampoline, football goals and space to explore. The hammock is lovely to relax. Very relaxing week if you're looking to disconnect and chill. We really enjoyed Oasisiria Water Park was a big hit for our children, as was exploring the souls and we found plenty of family friendly places to eat. Thank you for a lovely stay!

La villa était magnifique, avec des chambres très spacieuses, chacune équipée de sa propre salle de bain et toilettes, et un accès direct à la piscine. L'hôte a été très réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous avons également fait appel à la cuisinière Laaziza, qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et nous a préparé des plats délicieux. Une expérience mémorable, je recommande vivement !
