Nice space and great host. Just didn’t luck out with good weather so didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities. Would stay again!

We traveled to Dent for a sibling and spouse reunion. There were 15 adults and 1 child. There was more than enough room for our group. One bedroom went unused. There was lots of seating inside and out. No need to bring lawn chairs. We ate every meal at the house. It had all the kitchen gear needed to cook, bake and grill. We rented their pontoon and used it frequently for leisurely rides around Silent Lake and for fishing. It was mid-September, so we were often the only boat on the lake. There we several float items in the garage which we didn't use but were available to us. We grocery shopped at the Perham Central Market 22 min from the home. We reached out to the host once during our stay with a question and they responded quickly. Family was all in agreement that we would go back. Great central location for my family that came from Montana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Nebraska. There are more good things I would say but feedback space is limited. I would recommend this home.

Great overall. Only complaint was an underground bees nest that stung one of us and the dog. Texted manager & she didn’t offer to come spray. We had to go to hardware store and buy spray ourselves. Also gas tank for grills ran out. Manager hesitantly offered to get some but said we could about 10 miles down the road. Paid out of pocket for these things.

We stayed in this beautifully done new home for the weekend and hosted family dinner one evening. It was cozy and lovely environment especially with the fire place. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve our family, plus plenty of coffee! I loved the open floor plan and high ceilings! Would love to come back in the fall or summer and enjoy the screened in patio with extra dinning and seating space. Would stay again!

Thank you for letting us into your home! One thing I noticed is the discrepancy on the check in time. When I booked the reservation it said 3pm however I believe the actual time was 4pm. Denise was very communicative regarding this and we worked out the details.

My wife and I enjoy ourselves at Michael’s lake house.Very relaxing peaceful and cozy .We had a wonderful getaway with no issues Everything was perfect! We will be back soon! Thanks for a lovely weekend.

very beautiful location right on the lake. easy check in and good communication from the host. launching your own boat is a bit tricky, but we got it done. really enjoyed the stay

My son and I needed a place to stay while we explored and fished local lakes and the Halladay Hideaway was perfect for that. I was towing a boat and access and parking couldn't be easier. The deck, the view from the hill the place sits on, and the rural quiet were all welcome bonuses.

We loved this spot so much! Quiet, private, beautiful lake. 10/10 would return.

Gary and Rea were excellent hosts. Everything was clean and amenities plentiful. We had a very nice time. New Air conditioning units were very welcome as we had hot humid weather while we were there. Overall a great place to get away and relax.

My family and I had a relaxing stay at the Sybil Haus for my 40th birthday. I was greeted with a wonderful present from Joe and Nathan. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for my siblings and their family’s. We had a one and two year old with us and the house was kid friendly with a built in gate for the stairs and plenty of baby books and toys. We happened to stay during a stretch of negative temperatures and the amenities in the house made it enjoyable. The sauna, steam shower, and hot tub were all used throughout each day. Hot tubbing in -20 degree temperatures was an experience! We didn’t get out and explore much but we got some groceries in Vergas and Detroit Lakes, and they had everything we needed. We cooked all our meals in the house. The house had everything we needed for grilling steaks, baking casseroles and breads, and making waffles for breakfast. We would definitely want to stay here again but during the warmer months to utilize the pool.

We had a great family lake weekend at this beautiful property. Loved the lake views, the amazing deck, the hot tub, paddle boards, and fire pit. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, the lily-pad, and the basement chill-out zone. We also rented a pontoon in nearby Perham...Public access was right down the road and easy! The place is quiet, private, and had plenty of space for 11 of us...Made meals in the well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed the lake-side pizza place. Jennifer was an excellent host...Welcomed us with treats, provided helpful instructions/recommendations, and was immediately responsive to our questions before and during our stay. One of those places that it was hard to leave!

This was the first Airbnb I've stayed at where the place was even better than the pictures! The host was great with answering questions about the home and recreational activities. We were there with 12 people ages 4-65 and a dog. Everyone had a blast! There were great spaces for all of us to be together as well as several smaller areas for small groups. We enjoyed the home, but also, of course, the lake aspect. We used the kayak and paddle board, swam, fished, etc. Nice picnic table, fire pit, and hot tub. Also, the deck is amazing. Lots of beautiful flowers. Great location. We went into Frazee for breakfast and also a coffee shop. Nice to be near Detroit Lakes, too.

Me and my family got there and the house was beautiful and very cozy, everything was clean and the lake view was gorgeous. I will definitely be booking again with Darin maybe next time in the summer!
