Archipelago Ocean Villa (Wood fired sauna)

Seafront villa in Stockholm's archipelago with private dock and sauna. The house is located inside a unique natural reserve. Public ferry year-round from and to Stockholm City and only a short walk to the house from the pier. The house is located on the island Lådna, on a private hill with a scenic view. Swimming pool and a large terrace with sun all day and evening. Modern standard with water toilets, well-equipped kitchen, central heating system, and fireplace. Local store on the island.

Waterfront House with panoramic seaview

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

Det finns cyklar att låna för utflykter. Kolgrill finns för sköna grillkvällar! 5 minuters gångväg till tåget, och 35 minuter med tåg till Stockholm. (Kostnad för tåg ca 3,5 Euro) TV med Chromecast. Gratis Wi-fi. Det är ca 10-15 minuters gångväg till närmsta badsjö, och med cykel är det ca 7 minuter.

From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
