The huge, heated pool and kayak launch (100 feet from the house) are about as fun as it gets. 4/3 with laundry, a big carport with room for all your toys, a nice new kitchen and living room, and a dining room that seats your whole group. It is a 5 minute drive to Nokomis Beach, Siesta Beach and Venice Beach are within easy reach, and a block away to the Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice). Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The cottage is conveniently located between Sarasota and Venice. The perfect location for enjoying the Gulf coast and outstanding beaches.

Enjoy fishing the Jetty, boating the ICW, biking Legacy trail and enjoying sunsets at the Tiki bars with a famous grouper sandwich. So many activities to choose from in this town nestled next to the nation's #1 beach destination, Siesta key. All pets MUST be on a vet approved flea medication & proof sent prior to check in.
