Rave review! Cameron and Stacy were great hosts. My boyfriend wanted a get away glamping experience for his 40th birthday & this was perfect! Cameron had the fire and hot tub ready on arrival and even the second day while we were out. We’re friendly and very helpful! It was exactly as pictured. It rained the second night and was so soothing. The hot tub hit the spot we preferred to face the woods/stream and hit the bubble feature it was amazing. Outside lighting made it easy to move through the property with a romantic vibe also. The fire pit is next to a handmade waterfall which made the ambiance even better. The bed may have been the comfiest I’ve ever been on. 10/10 recommend this place and the hosts!

Our family enjoyed our time at the Big House and loved the prison theme. Especially liked the historical aspects and artwork.

This place was great and pet friendly was super clean and lots of space down stairs bed is perfect if you have a pet traveling with you

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to the Capitol building and downtown. The place had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space. A couple things to note. This apartment is up 2 flights of stairs. It is an older home so the stairs are smaller than in a newer building. This wasn’t a problem for us but something to be aware of. Also we had some issues with locking and unlocking the doors. The host was very responsive when we somehow got locked out. She resolved it quickly.

Alicia was an amazing host. We traveled from the St. Louis area and had no issues upon arrival. The particular weekend there was a storm coming in and Alicia reached out immediately informing us of access to safe shelter in the basement. Luckily there was no issues with weather and the stay was wonderful. The house is amazing from the views to the quality of the home. I would recommend staying here whether you plan to explore the area or just a getaway to retreat to a peaceful property!

This is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveler or a couple that wants to be close to downtown Jeff City! I stayed here for five months as a travel nurse and didn’t have any issues the entire time. I really do recommend this place for everyone!

We had a wonderful weekend at Hobo Hill. The house is beautiful! My friends and I spent some time attempting to chat with the unseen residents of the house but really only received a response once we started playing games on the third floor. We never felt unsafe and are likely to visit again. Thank you for opening your house up for people to enjoy!
