Soggiorno perfetto, Simona è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito informazioni utili riguardo le attrazioni e i posti da visitare nei pressi dell'alloggio. La casa è spaziosa e ottima per 2 persone, in uno posizione strategica per poter visitare alcuni dei più bei luoghi e paesi nella Val D'Orcia. Purtroppo non è stato possibile visitare le vicine terme di San Filippo a causa del maltempo, ma distanti a soli 10 minuti di macchina. Tutto ottimo e sicuramente le belle recensioni sono più che meritate!

La casetta è deliziosa!Esattamente quello che io e il mio compagno cercavamo: uno spazio caldo e accogliente immerso nella natura, con anche l’orto e gli animali. Una vera fuga dalla città!Bianca è gentilissima, molto disponibile e discreta. Grazie ancora di tutto!!!

Riccardo is an amazing host! The house looks even better in person.. he left us some groceries for breakfast in the fridge. I would highly recommend choosing this place if you’re coming to Montepulciano!:)

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

La casa dove abbiamo alloggiato era bellissima, immersa nel verde. Tutto pulito e accogliente. Mirko ci ha lasciato anche la legna per accendere il caminetto, è stato molto piacevole. La comunicazione immediata ed efficiente. Posizione strategica. Consigliato!

Lisa Jane’s townhouse in Montalcino was perfect with breathtaking views of the Tuscan valley. The townhouse itself was super clean, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It was a great base for exploration of nearby Tuscan towns we visited- Pienza(35 min), Sienna(55), Castilogne Della Pescaia(65), Pitigliano(90) and Montepulciano(45). Also get your int. driver’s license from AAA. Save the hassle of being pulled over like we got. Lisa Jane was extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and waiting for us upon our arrival! She explained everything and gave great recommendations. The townhouse has everything you need - we made great use of the provided umbrellas! I will point out the exact location could be tricky for people with mobility challenges. The entrance is about halfway up or down(depending which way you access) a small street with a very steep incline. We did fine, but my watch alerted me to a 4X increase in average stairs! We highly recommend!!

This was our second time at Vrinda’s house, which means we were happy to come back and have a great time again! We definitely recommend it if you want a cozy place to feel at home and in the middle of the nature of Umbria.

La casa e il giardino sono molto belli, la descrizione e le foto non rendono abbastanza l’idea. Noi eravamo lì per lavoro, è stato un peccato non potersi godere di più la struttura. Stefania è stata molto reattiva e disponibile 🤗 Consigliato!

Casa molto comoda, carina, pulitissima e posizione ottima. Catia è stata gentilissima e molto reattiva nel rispondere alle nostre richieste.

Il posto è magnifico. Svegliarsi al mattino e godere di quella vista non ha prezzo. In casa c’era tutto, soprattutto in cucina. Ritengo sia in posizione strategica, 20/30 da tutte le attrazioni principali della zona.

We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

Wirklich ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort inmitten von Olivenbäumen und fantastischer Landschaft. Der Weg über verschlungene Pfade und Schotter lohnt sich, denn der Ort besticht durch seine fantastische Ruhe. Ein riesiger Pool mit Blick über das Tal, zahlreiche Vögel, Blumen... einfach schön.

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

Highly recommend this place! The location is fantastic with a fabulous view. Susi was very kind and always available to help us. The apartment is perfectly furnished with everything you might need, including clean sheets and towels. The kitchen is cozy and very nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Plus, the location is ideal — very close to famous cities and popular spots.

This airbnb is one of the best I've ever stayed at. It is in a spectaularly beauitful and relaxing location. The view from the apartment is amazing and a great place to watch the sunset. You have everything you need in the apartment and more. Simone, the host, is also one of the best hosts Ive met. He helped provide recommendations for places to visit and also helped us to make bookings. He is very friendly and approachable. The airbnb is also located within walking distance from one of the best restaurants we have been to in Italy-Zita. The surrounding village is also beautiful. We absolutely loved this airbnb and hope to come back soon.

Eine extrem gemütliche, alleinstehende Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht und vielen schönen Örtchen zum Verweilen - grosse Veranda mit riesigem Esstisch (ein weiterer ist im Haus) und grosse Rasenfläche (auch für Ballspiele (vorhanden!) geeignet), Grillstelle und mehrere Hängematten, grosser, schöner Innenbereich, super schöner, sauberer Pool (Anfang Oktober war er sehr kalt aber trotzdem einladend!), bequeme Sonnenliegen. Grundsätzlich ist einfach alles super durchdacht, auch in der Küche ist alles da, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Sehr auffällig fanden wir die unkomplizierten und großzügigen Gastgeber (grosse Früchteschale, Wein und gekühltes Wasser bei der Ankunft, Kaffee und Toilettenpapier auf Vorrat, und das aus Versehen verschlagene Geschirr liessen sie gut sein) und auch Michela, die während unseres Aufenthalts unsere Anprechperson war, war total herzlich und dezent (war nur einmal da zum Pool putzen als wir weg waren). Wir empfehlen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter!

Pier’s place was so beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the lovely ambiance and amenities left for us. The day we arrived he left us a delicious sweet bread that we could not stop eating. Any questions we had for him he responded within a reasonable manner. If you are looking to stay in a place that makes you feel at home, but also in a place that is unimaginable this is it!

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!
