Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

Clean place, nice view from the veranda and so many nearby convenience stores, malls and food places. We went to Ado's Hibana Concert in Manila and it only took around 10 minutes of walking to reach the place. The amenities listed were all available. We had to contact the host for the hair dryer though but it was resolved eventually. Also the host is very friendly so you can ask them if you need help with anything regarding your booking.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Good place, clean and complete place to relax with the place even had hair dryer, rubber slippers, iron and ironing rack so that you can iron your clothes properly, also an electric washing machine. I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Far listing lovely property, and it exceeded all my expectations! The place was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just a short distance from the greenbelt, landmark, glorietta. I loved being able to explore the area easily and found some fantastic local restaurants thanks to Far recommendations. Far was a fantastic host! They were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. we had a great stay in Jun's place. very homy and aesthetic. my kids love the loft bed with their own tv. I love that they have many open shelves to put our clothes and wardrobe to hang our dresses. I like how it was designed, its very me. they also have comfortable beds and pillows that hugs me to sleep. As a host, it was realy my taste. Its like staying in my unit. Complete amd comfortable with the very basic needs.
