Everything about our stay has been utterly perfect. Having stayed in many Airbnb’s, this is certainly one of the best. All of the little details have been thought through, from the lovely and generous welcome package, to having plenty of logs available for the hot tub and even extra hot tub towels provided. The outside area is so well looked after that we just wanted to stay in the garden. We didn’t feel the need to leave the cottage at all! What made our experience even better was just how lovely, friendly and helpful Amy has been. I think this will be an annual trip for our family. Thanks so much again 😊

Exceptional cottage in a very tranquil setting. Located on a quiet country lane. The internal photos don't do it justice. Suzy and Arwel have made it a perfect home from home and thought of everything! Phone call received from Arwel prior to arrival informing us that we could check in early if we wished, as the cottage was ready, which was nice of him. Made great use of the front patio area as the weekend weather couldn't have been better ☀️. All in all we couldn't have asked for more and it is very reasonably priced. We're looking forward to returning next year already.

Fantastic family weekend away lovely setting very peaceful

I've always been a bit nervous about doing an Air BnB but I shouldn't have worried. Communication was great. I had some questions about the home, got rub and local area and I always got a speedy response. The hot tub was a major plus. Really enhanced our stay and it was a huge hit. The weather certainly helped and there was everything we needed in the home if not more! I would potentially return here again. Thank you!

My partner and I had the best couple of nights away at Ash Bank. Great location, with only a short and cheap uber ride into the centre. The house was perfect, interior was incredible and Vanessa provided all the added extra touches to make it so homey. The hot tub in the garden is bonus too! Vanessa is a PERFECT host, fantastic communication and super thoughtful leaving a card and bottles for our anniversary. We will definitely be coming back to stay and making it a regular thing!

A perfect family cottage and photos don't do it justice, it was really really nice!! Perfect location with fantastic views it doesn't feel like you're 15 minutes away from the madness of Blackpool. We'll return in the future 100%.

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. The place is beautiful and looks just like the photos. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff who took is the property at check in and showed us around. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the stables! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Communication with the host was seamless—they were friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We stayed here for a few days whilst visiting. Although we knew the Wirral, we were less familiar with the old village side of Heswall. With beautiful views over the Dee to North Wales, this property is comfortable and well presented, as well as being spotlessly clean. There is a pub literally across the road, and local village shops a few minutes' walk away. There are good walks along the Wirral Way ( a disused railway line) within a few minutes of the house. We lived our stay there and would thoroughly recommend the property and Lisa's hosting.

Great stay. The house is in a great location by the canal. We walked in to Chester and back. House is well maintained and has everything needed. Very clean and comfortable. Thanks for the breakfast goods, most welcome. Will definitely recommend and hope to return.

Lovely place which had everything we needed. We have an anxious and reactive dog but this place was just perfect. It was safe with a contained garden. Owners responsive and accommodating.

a Absolutely loved our stay, what a beautiful village Waddington is. Sarah's place was just right for our needs, we were out walking in the beautiful suffocating area, lots.

Really nice peaceful quiet place to stay, Very comfortable house with all you need for a relaxing stay. Walking distance to shops bars bistros and local attractions. Loads to do in the local area and little further afield. Really clean and comfortable place to stay really cosy with great views from the private decking area at the rear. Off road parking too. I would recommend to anyone or a group visiting the area to stay here. Lorraine was really nice great communication and really accommodating.

Had a lovely stay at the lodge. Justine was there if we wanted anything but left us alone to enjoy our stay. Great location and a private space. We had everything we needed in the lodge - the dog even had his own towel and throws. I would recommend staying here

A beautiful, cozy cottage in a great location for visiting lots of places. It was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Gaby was extremely kind and accommodating for our 8 month old daughter. I would highly recommend this air bnb for a family with a baby and would definitely return when back in the area!

Diane is an amazing host and this Airbnb is truly a gem. The location is beautiful, quiet and the views from the cottage our over the fields are amazing. The cottage is luxurious spacious and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could want including a proper espresso machine. The local towns are good and have plenty of restaurants and shops, our host also shared several amazing local dog walks with us.

We had a fabulous stay here for 3 nights. The location is very quiet and peaceful, which was perfect as a retreat after busy days in Manchester and Liverpool. It’s only 30 minutes from Liverpool, so perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and close. The house was clean and tidy, exactly as described. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. Great find!

A fantastic little place to stay with incredibly helpful owners. It is ideal for a couple to use as a base to explore the local area. It is situated on a quiet road and is equipped with everything you could need for a mini break. Further afield you have access to a whole host of walks across North Wales. We couldn’t have asked for much more.

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

Derek and kath were great friendly hosts. always checking to make sure everything was OK. we couldn't of asked for more. the accommodation was superb, the back garden had a bbq, fire pit, jacuzzi. The scenery was absolutely stunning we couldn't of asked for a more perfect weekend
