A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Un studio agréable et calme pour passer vos vacances en Grèce et découvrir la pure magie des Cyclades, à seulement 80m de la plage, entièrement équipé (cafetière, grille-pain, réfrigérateur) à proximité des restaurants et seulement 5,8 klm du port de l'île cet endroit est confortable et parfait pour vous! Hébergement jusqu'à 3 personnes, 1 chambre/une salle de séjour avec un canapé-lit et un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Un havre de paix à côté des plages Agios Ioannis, Laouti et Agios Sostis.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

The traditional stone building house is located only 200 m. from the entrance of Ano Syros (where all the vehicles stopped). Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. The stone building keep the house cold even the most high temperatures of the summer days!

My place is close to wonderful views, beach, family activities, nightlife and restaurants and dining venues. Reasons why you will like my room: comfortable bed, kitchen, comfortable environment, high ceilings and views.
