Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Our private 2 bedroom suite with amazing views of Mt. Diablo is located in a suburb of San Francisco and Berkeley called Lafayette in the East Bay. We neighbor Walnut Creek and are close to Hwys. 24/680. We are a 5-8 minute drive to the Lafayette BART station. San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.

Just 2 min drive to the freeway entrance, 4 min to Lafayette Reservoir (ideal for hiking, boating and fishing), 5 mins to Bart, 7 min to downtown Lafayette with markets, shopping and fabulous restaurants, 10 min to Walnut Creek, 15 min to Berkeley and 30 min drive to San Francisco!

Access to amazing Bay views! Cozy ~250 sq. ft. studio unit with unit 9.5 ft ceilings which serves as a guest suite with private bath to a home in the Oakland hills. Private entrance with access to shared deck with 3 bridge bay views on a clear day. All self-contained with in-unit mini-fridge, coffee machine, microwave and TV with Roku for streaming (no cable TV). standing desk serves as your "office" and a couple small sitting chairs to lounge about or read a book.

Charming Cozy Cottage in Eco-Garden Oasis

Our charming cottage is a relaxing retreat in the city! Our sweet cabin is small and cozy set in an expansive garden oasis. We offer a unique experience for those interested in a beautiful and tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Newly renovated spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom guest unit, with separate entrance. Walking distance to Lafayette downtown and BART station. Restaurants, banks, gas stations, groceries stores (Whole Foods and Safeway) are just a few blocks away. Beautiful trails around the Lafayette reservoir. 20 min to UC Berkeley, 35 min to San Francisco, just 10 min to downtown Walnut Creek and Saint Mary's College. Perfect location for Bay Area travelers or family visitors.

Quiet and homey private room located right near premiere Walnut Creek dining and entertainment. Entirely renovated and state of the art bathroom/bedroom nestled off a quiet and private drive. Single bedroom, queen size bed and private bathroom. The room is separated from the main house for complete privacy. Wifi, cable TV and other great amenities provided. My place is great for business travelers. It does not have shared facilities for laundry or cooking.

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Hot tub is private, well maintained and for exclusive use of guests. Un charmant studio de 40 m2 avec toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Proche de tout (restaurants et magasins à moins d'un mile, BART à un mile), mais assez isolé dans un cadre semi-rural entouré de chênes et d'un adorable ruisseau.
