Wir haben zwei schöne und entspannte Wochen im Ferienhaus "Piccolo Paradiso" verlebt. Wir wurden von Ivana vor Ort freundlich empfangen und bekamen per what´s app auf unsere Fragen schnell eine Antwort. Es war alles so genau wie beschrieben!

Villa Belpur is a lovely large, modern villa with a spectacular pool area that’s even better than the pictures. Set back from the road near Pitve, the location is beautiful. Communication with owner Tina at Tranquilladria was mostly excellent, including all sorts of very helpful local info, recommendations and bookings. We used the driver, Marko, for nights out in Hvar (book in advance) and Jelsa which worked really well, we also had a hire car which we’d recommend as there’s lots nearby but not easily walkable. We were disappointed to be told only on check-in by the local property manager that the hot tub was inoperative. That said, Tina subsequently offered compensation and even made efforts to arrange some time for us in a local spa which was very much appreciated, and overall we really enjoyed our time at Belpur and would recommend it for larger parties in particular.

We had the most wonderful stay at Teraunah. The house and surroundings are perfect - everything has been thought through and designed to perfection. It had everything we wanted and more, with lots of beautiful stylish touches that made it relaxing and calm. It feels private and remote, yet you are short drive to beautiful historic towns and so many beautiful bays with clear waters to swim in. Neda and Adnan were friendly, helpful, responsive and provided a great welcome pack. We all (kids aged 9 and 12) loved it and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Neda and Adnan, you have created the most perfect peaceful haven 🌈

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Sehr ruhige Lage und sehr schöne Aussicht. Der Pool ist ein Traum.

The location was wonderful. I traveled with three teenagers who loved that they could walk to the town to go out at night and walk to the beach. The adults loved the pool and how close the beaches were. The only thing that wasn’t 100% great was the air conditioning. He needed another unit in the living room area of the upper apartment. We were there in July when temperatures were 90 degrees + and we couldn’t use the living room, too hot. I would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic family holiday in this super modern well equipped villa. The description and photos do not do the place justice. The 4 bedrooms all have modern ensuite bathrooms and the whole house has great easy to use AC. We were greeted with platters of local Dalmation cheese, ham and fruit and a fridge full of drinks. The outdoor covered area is a lovely place for meals and has a great bluetooth speaker for poolside tunes - my kids loved it. The perfect place to hide away from the Makarska Riviera crowds by the pool and BBQ but close enough to the beaches when you want them. Hire Car needed.

We love this house 🥰 We have stayed here before and we will always come back 🥰 The house is beautiful, clean and delicate decorated! It’s in a quiet area and private 🥰 Not far away from the village with restaurants and stores. The supermarket is just around the corner. The owners are very friendly and they respond quickly to messages. The pool is very nice and the view is stunning!🤩 Absolutely love this house! 🥰🥰🥰

Miejsce przepiękne, widok na zatokę cudowny, bardzo miła i komunikatywna gospodyni. Woda w zatoce bardzo czysta i przejrzysta, warto zabrać maskę do pływania, pod powierzchnią wody spotkacie dużo ryb. Plaża z drobnych kamyczków czysta, zadbana. Woda z kranu nie nadaje się do picia (ze względu na słony smak), ale gospodarze udostępniają bez problemu wodę z ujęcia z dobrą wodą. Byliśmy z małym psem, co w budynku gospodarzy nie było żadnym problem. Trzeba jednak wiedzieć, że przy wejściu na plażę są znaki zakazujące wejścia psów, jednak przy rozsądnym pilnowaniu psa nikt nie zwraca na nie uwagi, więc to też nie problem. Dojazd do zatoki może się okazać dosyć trudny dla niezbyt dobrych kierowców, drogi na Hvar są kręte, spadziste i często niezabezpieczone. Jednak dla osób lubiących jazdę autem będzie to super przygoda. Podsumowując: zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i gospodarza, wybierając tutaj apartament dostaniecie przepiękne widoki, ciszę i niezapomniane wrażenia.

Ismét nagyszerű nyaralást tölthettünk ebben a kedves nyaralóházban, ezen a nagyszerű szigeten, ebben csodálatos országban! Ebben a házban minden adott a feltöltődésre: privát kert, terasz csodás panorámával és közeli remek strandok. A ház kiválóan felszerelt, minden van benne, ami az ittartózkodásunkhoz kellhet. A műfűnek külön nagyon örültünk! A házigazda nagyon figyelmes, részéről és családjától rendkívül vendégszerető fogadtatásban volt részünk ismét! Nagyon jó szívvel ajánlom a házat a nyugalomra és feltöltődésre vágyók számára

Przepiękny dom, idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek dla kilku rodzin, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, łazienki i sypialnie czyste i komfortowe, świetny basen oraz miejsce do grillowania, przestronne lobby do spędzania czasu na zewnątrz, ogród przytulny. Obiekt zgodny z opisem. Czuliśmy się tu jak we własnym domu. Okolica spokojna, bardzo blisko sklep spożywczy oraz kilka restauracji. Gospodarze bardzo mili, komunikatywni i pomocni. Polecamy to miejsce !

Perfect place in Vela Luka, excellent apartment in a beautiful and peaceful surroundings but also quite near the center of the town! Dragi is a very friendly , honest and welcoming host !

Bei Kole und Irina was für ein Glück ein Rückzugsort, so still, so weit vom Lärm zurück. Die Ruhe hier trägt sanft durchs Land, wie eine Pause, vom Alltag entspannt. Die Wohnung: Ein Traum, mit Liebe gemacht, man schläft hier so gut durch die stille Nacht. Und wenn die Nacht sich leise senkt, der Himmel sich in Sternen schenkt, dann spürt man hier – ganz ohne Licht, wie schön die echte Dunkelheit spricht. Kein künstliches Leuchten, kein greller Schein, nur Sterne, die für dich da allein. Sie erfüllen Wünsche, noch eh man sie nennt, und zeigen, was echte Gastfreundschaft kennt. Ein Ort der Erholung, charmant, voller Glück – wer hier einmal war, möchte wieder zurück.

Die Lage und die Nähe zum Meer sind super. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist grandios. Frane ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

This turned out to be the ideal house for our first visit to the Croatian coast and nothing contributed more to a nearly perfect week for our group of four adults. The screen-saver worthy view off the terrace—light shifting through the day as sailboats came and went—gave us a lovely backdrop from morning coffee to the evening cocktail. It came with everything we needed for cooking, grilling, paddling and swimming. The house was cool from breezes by day and by the strong AC on the hotter nights. Susan and Ivan were responsive from booking to departure, but never intrusive. It was a great base for exploring, with multiple beaches by foot or kayak in the local coves and and many others a drive away. (We were very glad to have brought a rental car; we met others struggling with the bus system. A boat would been great.) wonderful running routes as well, something not easy to find in an island of strep hills We’ve done many rental houses; this one is definitely high on the return list.

We had a wonderful time in this magical house. It is as beautiful as it looks in the photos, if not more so. We loved the private location on the shore of a gorgeous rocky bay - there's a path down to a jetty and from there it's a couple of hundred metres to swim/paddleboard to the beach (you can also go via the road). The kids loved exploring the bay, with clear water, caves etc, and watching for shooting stars at night. The house itself is lovely , super-clean and with a beautiful view of the sea. You have to be a bit careful about how much electricity you use at once but we didn't find this to be a problem. The only issue we found was that it was very hot at night (it was a particularly hot spell when we stayed, temps of 35-36 C during the day). Izabel was a wonderful host, she made us feel welcome with a basket of figs, home-made jam etc, local recommendations and even thoughtful birthday gifts for my daughter and I. Would definitely recommend and hope we'll be able to visit again.

Es war traumhaft schön in diesem Haus und wir fühlten uns super wohl. Alles war perfekt und wie beschrieben. Wer Einsamkeit und Ruhe sucht ( bis auf einige Hunde die bei uns jede Nacht in der Bucht bellten) ist hier richtig, wir können das Haus von Herzen empfehlen. Danke für die wunderschöne Woche.

Zlatko war immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns im Zentrum von vela Luka getroffen und sind gemeinsam zur Unterkunft gefahren. Für uns wurden ein Obstkorb , Wasser,O-Saft und Milch bereitgestellt, das war sehr hilfreich, da wir am Sonntag Abend angereist sind

Gordan’s place is a home and we certainly felt at home during our stay here. The proximity to good, reasonably priced restaurants and the water makes this place a perfect vacation spot. Gordan is very detailed and very easy to interact with. His recommendations were all spot on. Everything worked and there is plenty of room. We had six people and never felt cramped. We are very happy we decided to visit Neum for 2.5 days of our tour through Croatia. We are even happier that we stayed at Gordon’s place. Coming from the USA, we had no idea what to expect in Bosnia. Bosnia is both much different and much the same as Croatia and I would come back here again if I have the opportunity.

We felt like home. It was a great place very comfortable for two families. Lumbarda a nice and sleepy place, but at nights there were good folklore and other events organized on the main square of the town. Nice bay where we stayed, however it was better to walk a bit for a really good beaches. And there were a couple options (rocky or sandy). There is not much of front place at the house, so you literally step on the road when you leave the terrace, so needed to watch the cars and scooters carefully. You can start the boat or SUP right front of the house as there are small port, but for swimming there are better places a bit further down, like 2mins walk. Lumbarda is good with bike or bicycle, but to reach some places, you need to walk on the road in a curvy narrow street, that is not pedestrian-friendly, especially with kids.

Séjour superbe: un vrai petit paradis! La maison est très bien aménagée (avec tous les équipements nécessaires), le joli jardin de la cour est très agréable pour les repas. L'accès à pied à une belle crique depuis la maison (environ 15 min) est très pratique (l'eau de la mer est incroyable)! Tout se qu'il faut pour un séjour de repos réussi! Remarque: les escaliers pour accéder à l'étage sont assez pentus.

Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Familien bewohnt und waren von dem wunderschönen Haus, dem wunderbaren Garten, der fantastischen Terrasse und überhaupt von der Landschaft begeistert! Viel Privatheit und unterschiedliche Aussenbereiche, die wir benutzen konnten, liessen nie ein Gefühl der Enge aufkommen. Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Die Nächte mit dem unglaublichen Sternenhimmel- die frühen Morgen mit der aufgehenden Sonne und die Abendessen mit dem Holzofen auf den Terrassen...Während unseres Aufenthaltes wohnten Iva's Eltern in der Nachbarschaft und halfen uns bei allen Fragen. Zwei sehr herzliche, sympathische Leute, äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für Verpflegung und schöne Strände auf der Insel. Schweren Herzens sind wir abgereist und können den Ort und das Haus jedem sehr empfehlen. Hoffentlich kehren wir dorthin zurück!

Questo posto è magnifico e abbiamo passato due settimane splendide. Se siete amanti del mare, della natura e della bellezza, questo posto è l'ideale. La casa è curata, ben arredata e attrezzata con tutto quello che può servire. Gli spazi esterni sono ampi e bellissimi, con una splendida vegetazione. L'accesso diretto al mare e alla spiaggia adiacente è un vero lusso. A pochi passi da casa c'è un mini-market dove poter comprare il pane e alcune cose base. E' una zona tranquilla per chi ama stare lontano dalle zone più turistiche e affollate. Jurica e i suoi suoceri sono host sempre disponibili e molto accoglienti. E' stato davvero un piacere conoscerli e passare del tempo insieme.

Our stay at the beach house in Tiha Bay for the month of September was simply magical! Andrea and Boris were incredibly kind hosts, always attentive and helpful. The house was spotless, and the gardens, along with the stunning stonework, created such a serene and beautiful atmosphere. We spent countless hours swimming in the crystal-clear waters just steps from the house—it was absolutely breathtaking. The walking and hiking right from the property were amazing—you're basically in a private park! Sunrises and sunsets were nothing short of spectacular, and we swam every morning and evening, soaking in the beauty. The cabana was unreal, making us feel like Roman senators on holiday at their seaside villa. The privacy, the views, and the peacefulness made it a five-star experience. Highly recommend this paradise for anyone seeking relaxation in nature.
