This rustic retreat offers a queen bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the open air loft (low ceiling), & a queen size fold out couch. The cottage is nestled in the pines 20ft from main house 800 sq. ft. 2-story cottage has security And white lights from main house for light… Eclectic in style with a vaulted ceiling in the large upstairs bedroom. Downstairs- the Liv/Kitchenette space has TV & sofa sleeper. *Note- One cottage bathroom is located on first floor. We are off HWY 59 and 1 mi. from I-20 ( near all local restaurants) Caddo Lake St Park-30 min drive, Historic Jefferson & Enochs Stomp Winery both 20 mi.

Our home features a huge deck facing the lake, perfect for relaxing. The remodeled home features new furniture and appliances, memory foam beds, a full kitchen, and a coffee bar for your comfort. Grill delicious food on the gas grill and gather around the gas fire pit for a cozy evening or visit historical Jefferson TX. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Plenty of activities on the property including a paddle boat, horseshoes and fishing. No Wi-Fi but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

Lakefront Cottage-SUPER CLEAN- On Lake O the Pines

Come and relax in nature. The large covered porch has a beautiful view of the lake and is the perfect spot to watch beautiful sunrises and to watch for and listen to the wildlife. We are about 30 minutes away from Jefferson and some amazing wineries and about 45 minutes away from Caddo Lake. Perfect day trip opportunities! We are 1 mile away from Cedar Springs boat ramp. If you didn't bring your own boat, feel free to use our kayak, canoe or row boat.

Living room has a futon sofa that makes into a double bed. Safe place to park your boat. Wonderful fishing. 20 minutes from Jefferson. Owners live next door.
