Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Apartment Mirto. Es wurde an alles gedacht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab eine riesige Obstschale und Wein. Die Ausstattung war vor Allem für Familien toll. Selbst ein Wäschekorb war da. Das Außengelände war unbeschreiblich schön. So viel Platz. So viel Natur. Diese Ruhe. Himmlisch. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist unglaublich geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ♥️ Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in das zauberhafte Bergdorf Pitigliano, ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

Dès l'arrivée Sandra a été accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé et très propre. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'appartements aussi propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée. Sandra nous a très bien conseillé pour les restaurants et visites. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie sehr gut gelegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche funktionieren zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist äusserst liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Details stimmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation ist immer prompt. Es waren für uns sehr schöne Ferien!

Wir waren 12 Tage im App. "Olivenbaumhaus" ! Wegen technischer Probleme im Tangerine Tree House hat uns Lyza das im gleichen Haus befindliche größere App. zum gleichen Preis überlassen. Das Olivenbaumhaus ist hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lyza hat uns mit vielen Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) und Empfehlungen sehr gut geholfen. Schöne große Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen und die Atmosphäre genossen. Nur die vielen Mücken stören! Sehr gute Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß schnell und einfach in die Altstadt und zum Strand. Parken war sehr gut und einfach möglich. Man kann von hier schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Du für einen längeren Aufenthalt brauchst. Küche und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung (Fenster & Türen) ist mit gutem Moskitoschutz ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum/Küche sind sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

La casa era perfetta, pulita e con tutto l’occorrente. Il posto molto bello e tranquillo, tutte le persone molto cordiali. Molto gentili a darci gli sconti per il parco e per i parcheggi in spiaggia. Abbiamo amato i cani e il gatto che ci venivano a salutare la mattina e la sera al nostro rientro. A 2 minuti di macchina dal centro di Alberese, da cui partono tutti i sentieri per esplorare il parco della Maremma.

L’alloggio di Mioara è molto carino, pulitissimo e con un balconcino delizioso. Buona anche la posizione. Inoltre, l’host è stata molto gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Consigliatissimo!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

Ingrid was a very helpful and welcoming host! She picked us up from the bus and gave a little tour of the town. The place looks just like in the pictures, very spacious, complete kitchen and the location is right in the middle of the village, no more than 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants etc. Would definitely come again!

토스카나 여행자들이 꿈꾸는 숙소 그 자체입니다. 숙소를 향해 가는 길에서의 풍경, 숙소를 둘러싼 초록, 화려하지 않으나 고풍스러운 건물과 가구들 사흘을 머물렀는데 ... 기회가 되면 "한달살기" 같은것을 해도 좋겠다고 동생과 공감했습니다.

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.

Molto soddisfatto. Anche se solo per una notte l'appartamento mi è piaciuto parecchio sia come posizione che come struttura.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

We received very warm welcome and enjoyed very much Frederica's house, pool, pasta and last but not least Siena , San Galgano and San Gusmo' very much. The place is perfect and I don't remember other spaces from airbnb which can compete with this one. I hope we will be able to come again some time soon.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Appartenendo grande su più livelli con arredi e spazi per stare comodamente in più persone. Cucina ottimamente accessoriata con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fuori casa. Spazio esterno molto curato e rilassante. Anche la comunicazione con Lucia è stata ottima e senza intoppi. Consigliato!

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Asciano! Die Lage ist traumhaft – umgeben von den sanften Hügeln der Toskana, mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken und einer himmlischen Ruhe. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Garten und der Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Nähe zu Siena, Montepulciano und anderen Highlights der Region war ideal. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diesen Ort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Amazing place to stay if you want peace and quiet! We booked here to break up our highly adventurous, active trip where there was a lot of night life. There are a few fantastic restaurants and bars in the area to go to and the views are very nice. It’s very clean and the bathroom tub and shower are super. The pool was not open because we came little too early in the season but the view and peacefulness was stunning there as well. Highly recommend for anyone who wants peace and quiet!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le Podere Sant Alessandro. L appartement était très confortable, le jardin et la piscine juste parfaits. Les tables extérieures et le Bbq étaient bien utiles aussi. L environnement était très calme et cela fait du bien pour se reposer. Les villes à visiter aux alentours comme Sienne, Arezzo, Pienza sont rejoints facilement en voiture en 40 min. Logement à recommander
