Welcome to Lesmurdie-Perth Hills. 🎴 Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25’ from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away. The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Parking right beside the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you won’t be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (6&10) and a dog, Millie

The Dragonfly's Nest

Enjoy this bush block and the nearby nature reserves, listen to the cockatoos amongst the gum trees or the odd duck on the dam. Fall asleep to the frog song and wake to the kookaburra calls. Take a torch out and look for the many possums and quendas amongst some of the old ruins. This charming getaway is close to the city but has the benefits of being in the bush. There is a picnic basket and rug available for your convenience. Note: There is some road noise at peak periods if windows open.

Our recently refurbished bedroom suite is perfect for a short stay or a longer visit, 10 minutes drive from the airport, having all the necessary requirements the room offers both comfort and style close to the historical town of guildford that encompasses the history of its colonial beginnings as well as the modern bars, cafes and restaurants there today. On the doorstep of the swan valley sightseeing is only a step away, with vineyards, restaurants, brewery’s and of course the swan river.

Taj Kalamunda - Home in the Forest

Home among the gum trees, 15 mins from Perth airport and 20 kms to CBD. 300m to the bus, although a car is better to explore the beautiful rustic Bickley valley wineries and bush walks. The space is a studio apartment, ground level, completely self contained and seperate to the main house where I live. Kalamunda hills are delightful if you wish for peace and quiet, other than the kookaburra morning chorus! Bush walks abound, many hectares of public open space behind my house. NO WIFI

The unit is an extension of the main house. You will enjoy privacy as It has its own spacious bedroom, lounge and kitchen area, full kitchen, toilet, bathroom and laundry area. It has TV with access to Netflix and wifi. This cozy and stylish space is perfectly located near the Sports Recreation Centre, with easy access to Optus Stadium, the Casino, the CBD, and the airport. Come visit the beautiful green Hills of Perth. While you are only 30 minutes from Perth CBD and 20 minutes from the airport, you will feel like you are far away from home. Our guesthouse is situated near the top of the hill with a steep driveway and stairs entry. You'll have a pub within walking distance and the beautiful Araluen Park and great restaurants nearby.
