Very good apartment with a beautiful view to Kotor Bay. Very clean, very good communication. Not so far away from Old City if you like to hike a bit. 5/5 would recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. The host was absolutely amazing: super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and had a stunning view over the bay from the terrace. We highly recommend it!

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

It is a cozy place with great view on the fortress and mountains. Everything matched the description, wifi was stable and fast (router was in the room), there were many expandable for cooking and even washing clothes so I didn't have to buy things I won't take with me. I was able to park car next to the building. It does not have some extra protection, but it is outside of main streets and loads of people and well lit. Bed is not the biggest one and mattress is very soft. But I was traveling alone and definitely didn't feel lack of space. Definitely recommend this place!

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

ברנקה הייתה סופר נחמדה!!! היא הייתה זמינה תמיד וכשקצת הלכנו לאיבוד (באשמתנו - ברנקה נתנה הוראות מדוייקות להפליא) - היא יזמה לבוא לקראתנו. היא כל כך נחמדה וחברותית וכל בקשה שלנו נכנתה במהירות ועם חיוך מקסים. החדר היה בדיוק כמו בתמונות, ויש חניה מאש נוחה כך שלא צריך להוציא את הרכב ולחפש חניה כשמבקרים בעיר העתיקה או סביבה. 5 דק' הליכה מהדירה יש 2 סופרמרקט ובעיר העתיקה עצמה יש המון מה לראות ולעשות, ומסעדות נהדרות. נהנינו לשבת בחצר השקטה לארוחת בוקר שהכנו במטבחון. במקלחת היה כל מה שצריך כדי להתקלח. למרות שהמקום על הכביש הראשי, הדירה נמצאת מתחת לקו הרחוב ובחלק האחורי של הבית, ופונה לחצר ככה שלא שומעים כלום מהרחוב. כמו ברוב הנכסים בסביבה יש כמה מדרגות ספורות שצריך לרדת אל הנכס, אבל זה היה ממש בסדר. המזגן עזר לנו בערב כשהיה קר וזה היה מאד נעים! ממליצה בחום. אנחנו ממש נהנינו אצל ברנקה.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Elena was an incredible host - providing tonnes of recommendations and making sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Elena was contactable at any time and helped make our stay so memorable. The location is perfect - right by the water and in good distance of shops and local restaurants. It is just outside of Tivat, which proved to be very peaceful and helped to avoid any traffic. The apartment was spacious and spotless and came with plenty of amenities - tea/coffee/sugar. Elena even provided complimentary local gin and other treats. It was beyond better than any stay I’ve had in any hotel or airbnb & elena as a host was simply remarkable.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

The house is incredible and gets great sunset views from the hot tub! Hosts are incredible and very helpful with recommendations and even helped us get around town. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

We spent a week here and everything was great. The place is extremely clean with all the amenities you could ask for (plenty of towels, cooking oil, salt/pepper, coffee, body wash etc) and our hosts were great. Bed was extremely comfortable, the outdoor patio is such a beautiful space, which gets sun in the morning. We didn’t have a car, but there are steps right next to the apartment that lead to the main town roads (parts are dark at night, but we were fine with our iPhone flashlights). there was a wifi outage one day and the hosts insisted on providing us with a prepaid SIM card so we had internet access (such a nice touch!!) Would highly recommend.

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Svetlana and Milan are very warm, smiling, and hospitable people. We felt welcome from the first to the last moment of our stay. We were received so kindly with coffee and homemade juice with an amazing view on the water. Learned a lot about Montenegrin history. Room exactly as in pictures. We slept very well. Air-conditioning and internet work as they should. Easy communication. Highly recommended!

Booked Nikolas apartment for a short break to Kotor for myself and two teenagers so needed the extra space rather than a hotel room. Nikola provided lots of recommendations for the local area and information for trips and getting around. Our transfer found the location no problem with the directions and information that Nikola provided. The apartment itself is located about a 20 minute bus ride from Kotor and is one euro pp each way, the stop itself is only a 5 minute walk. What I would say is that the buses aren't particularly regular. We waited over an hour for a return bus back but with little public parking in Kotor it's either taxi or bus. The apartment has the advantage of having parking, so if you are planning on doing days trips out and about it's perfect for that. The apartment is spotless, has all the amenities that you could want and is very modern in a quiet spot.

Idealne miejsce, blisko na plażę i do sklepu. Jedyny minus to brak parkingu, tak jak w całym mieście ciężko o darmowy parking. Bardzo polecam, codziennie czyste ręczniki, porządek w całym obiekcie.

Nikola est un hôte très prévenant, à l'écoute et réactif. Avec lui on se sent comme maison. Le logement au top, il y a même tous les produits de première nécessité, ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas. Je recommande Nikola +++ Il est adorable.
