We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I’m so glad I chose Ms. Sheila’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every corner had a calming touch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the place welcoming. After a long and tiring day from our event, my family and I were able to fully relax and enjoy some quiet time together. Ms. Sheila was also a great host — responsive, kind, and accommodating. Our 10 days stay in this province was remarkable. Tried Ms Ara’s listings from her condo unit in the downtown area and this beautiful lovely home in the province, from the city you must travel 30 mins to arrive this lovely home. The home was incredibly beautiful and unique, uphill that has infinity swimming pool, that our kids loved it so much and had so much fun. The breathtaking ocean view and sunset is a plus. So stunning and even more relaxing to experience right at the balcony and in the patio area. My family enjoyed our stay so much and Ms Ara is so responsive and caretaker Koko is so helpful during our entire stay. The home is spotless clean, and I loved the home fragrance. The linens are clean and bed so soft and comfortable. Everything is extremely perfect. Thank you Ms Ara for letting us stay. Will recommend your listings to our friends whose coming Northern Mindanao. 100/10 🤙🏻

Thank you very much to Angela and Santino. They were both very accommodating. When we arrived at the house, we were in awe of its beauty. Feels like we were in the 70s. Everything in there is complete. The creek beside the house was also a breather. Gina, the caretaker was also kind and responsive. She prepared the wood for the fireplace. We celebrated my nephew’s 10th birthday and we will definitely recommend the place to our friends and families.

My family really liked Atty. Raquel’s place. They were very comfortable and cozy. They had everything they needed, from the kitchen, to Netflix. Would recommend her place :)

Aldrin and Rowena have been very helpful and the place is very convenient as it just opposite limketkai. Aircon and internet is good. Drinking water is also provided. Security on this condo is good too. Definitely we will recommend this place. Superb view of the whole city and mountain view on the balcony.

Sheila's place is very welcoming and cozy. we had everything we needed there, kitchenware, toiletries, slippers for inside and even a big water fountain which was a very nice addition. Netflix is also available for whoever stays longer and has the time to watch a couple of movies. Good bed, 24th floor so also an amazing view! Great neighborhood as well, close to many shops and supermarket. I certainly recommend to stay here.

Super nice staycation experience in Cagayan de Oro. The guards are friendly. It has a lovely living room and a cute balcony to relax while sipping your hot cup of coffee. We were able to work while traveling because of their comfy place. It has a stable connection and we were able to work smoothly. We'll surely go back here.

I had a great stay! The host was very friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed something. The location is perfect—lots of food places nearby, and we could just walk to them. The room was big, very clean, and had everything we needed. All the amenities worked well. I was also happy to see a complete sanitary kit since I always forget to bring one. Condo was amazing and centrally located so that we had access to all malls and restaurants. Host and co host were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else looking for a great location.
