Sehr schönes und modernes Apartment, schöner Außenbereich mit Pool. Alles wie beschrieben.

We had a fantastic stay. the house is lovely, and was really clean, bed were very comfy. The trampoline was a plus for our kids (3&5yo). there is aircon in the main bedroom and also in the main open plan area. They let us check in a bit earlier which was lovely. They also had all the stuff you need for cooking like salt, oil, etc. and host left out some treats and fresh vegs from their garden. There is a beach 5min walk, and also a bar and a restaurant with nice food. Supermarket is about 15min walk, or 2 min drive, we went at the end of July so had to drive, otherwise heat was a bit much. Also very short drive there are other restaurants and shops. It's a perfect place if you have a car and want to drive around and explore and come back to a lovely place. Thank you for having us

Draganas Mutter hat uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Sie waren immer da, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Es war super, dass das Tor abschliessbar war und es überall Moskitonetze hatte. Nachteile waren: Das warmwasser war sehr begrenzt und man konnte höchstens 10 Minuten warm duschen. Das Bett war leider auch nicht so bequem. Unser WLAN war auch ziemlich schlecht.

It was so lovely to be able to return here - the view is just as breathtaking as it was the first time! Toni's place was a great base for exploring Paklenica National Park as well. We would highly recommend the place and hope to come back again one day!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Lubey war einzigartig und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Hausgemachter Honig, Olivenöl und Rakija wurden uns beim Check-In zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Jugendlichen im Alter von 18-19 Jahren. Die Gastgeberin hat ebenfalls einen Geburtstagskuchen vorbeigebracht, da von uns jemand Geburtstag hatte. Der Preis der Villa war unschlagbar und ich empfehle diese Unterkunft zu 100%.

The apartment was in an old building 1 minute of walk to the closest beach. The beds were clean. The equipment and furniture were in a working condition. The main benefit of this apartment is its location - perfectly close to the beach so ideal for family with kids like we are. There is a bakery 3 or 4 houses aside, then caffé bar where they have own produced ice cream. Also 2 restaurants are couple of steps from the apartment. The sea was beautiful, no crowded beaches. We used used Plaža Ražanac beach. It has small stones. And in the water there are areas with big rocks so you and your kids can enjoy some snorkeling and see fishes, crabs. First meters of the water were shallow (ideal for toddlers - can safely sit in the water). There are 2 playgrounds for small kids. And some fast foods are there as well. There are no loud bars, the area is calm. Overall Ražanac and this beach house is great for the families with kids. I would definitely visit this place again.

We had a great experience with Damir and his sister as the host. The place is amazing, very quiet, beautiful around, lovely local restaurants. The apartment itself was great. Despite the sudden temperature drop it was warm and cosy inside. It felt as if we were at home. We had a big terrace with an amazing view and sunsets. The swimming pool was always clean. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, everything you need for a great vocation. Our children are already asking us to come back, it says a lot....)))

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Tolle Betreuung und alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit! Vielen Dank an Danijela! Auch mit Hund ist dieses Ziel immer wieder zu empfehlen!

Se cercate una casa per le vacanze che rimpiangerete a lungo e che farà sembrare ogni altro appartamento uno sgradevole scantinato, siete nel posto giusto. Questo alloggio è il massimo che si può desiderare per accompagnare le vacanze. Sa veramente di casa e preparatevi a lasciarci il cuore perché vi mancherà terribilmente e barattereste volentieri casa vostra per non lasciarla. L'ospitalità meravigliosa, l'attenzione ai dettagli e la pulizia della casa sono quasi commoventi: si sente quando le cose vengono fatte con cura e dedizione. La descrizione e le foto non rendono la meraviglia di questa casa che contiene anche una lavastoviglie, non in descrizione, e una 2° camera con un letto matrimoniale, più un letto singolo. Swem e suo padre sono ospiti attenti, discreti e deliziosi. Posso solo raccomandare la loro casa a chiunque, soprattutto a chi ama la pace e la tranquillità dopo una giornata impegnativa al mare. Se amate i pomodori troverete una deliziosa sorpresa, proprio dall'orto.
