Cette villa nouvellement décorée située dans un petit village du centre de l'Istrie peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. La villa est conçue sur trois étages. L'étage inférieur se compose d'une piscine et d'une terrasse. Au-dessus de la piscine et de la terrasse couverte, il y a une cuisine extérieure entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur et barbecue et une table à manger de 12 places avec vue sur le magnifique paysage. L'étage central se compose d'un salon, d'un coin repas et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, et au même niveau il y a deux chambres avec salle de bain privée, ainsi qu'une salle de bain supplémentaire. Le dernier étage se compose de trois chambres avec salles de bains privatives, deux des trois chambres disposent d'un canapé supplémentaire pouvant servir de lit d'appoint.

The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.
