Opatija : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist praktisch ausgestattet und ruhig. Das Auto kann bequem auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz vor dem Haus stehen gelassen werden, um die umliegenden Restaurants zu besuchen. Als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge ist die Lage perfekt.

We had a great time at Barbara's place. The pool and the shaded outdoor kitchen made the stay active and pleasant. Everything on the island of Rab is within a maximum of 30 minutes, so in my opinion the location is less important than what the accommodation offers.

We had the most wonderful holiday here in Kraljevica. The appartement is small, but has everything we needed: pots and pans, a good bathroom, a comfortable bed and a great view. Located so close to the sea we enjoyed swimming very often. There were lovely neighbors and very nice people at the beach. The bakery and the coffeeshop saw us every day, the two shops had all the necessary things we needed. The weather varied from a hot summersday to storm and rain and back to warm and sunny. We always had long walks at the waterfront and our dog was delighted. So were we! Thank you so much! We will never forget it!

Wir hatten - trotz teilweise schlechten Wetters - eine super Zeit in Njivice. Štefica ist eine äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin, genau wie ihr Mann. Zur Begrüßung gab es gleich leckere Präsente aus der Region, sogar für unseren Hund war etwas dabei. Das war wirklich toll!! Wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und alles nötige war vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es gut 15 min zu Fuss, wir haben meist das Fahrrad genommen. Der Ort ist klein, aber chic. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Hundestrand beim Campingplatz (zumindest für Hundebesitzer). Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub - das Apartment ist für 2 (mit Hund) sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Štefica, für die schöne Zeit bei Euch.

Everything was fine. Private parking right next to the house is very good! Kitchen is nice and clean. Only one thing I have in my mind. Curtain in the shower irritated me because rail is weird. Thank you Ana.

ovaj smo smještaj našli po preporuci. Domacica je zena koja postuje privatnost, ali je uvijek po potrebi na usluzi. Kuca je blizu mora i u mirnom okruzenju. Kuca je opremljena potrepstinama, a higijena prostora je na visokon razini. Dolazimo opet nagodinu.

CheckIn war super flexibel. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Hund 5 Tage bei Nina zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Haus und Garten sind gepflegt und gemütlich. Nina und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Die Gegend ist ruhig und angenehm. Ein kleiner Laden ist eine Straße weiter. Eine etwas größere Küche wäre praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ♡

It was a great Airbnb experience! The apartment is well located and Matthias is very kind. The cherry on the cake was the boat trip organized by Matthias..just perfect !

Dino and his Mother are super nice people, willing to help and give you some local tips - like what to eat and where to go :) We were with two dogs and felt really welcomed which is super nice! The place is clean and has everything you need to spend the time comfortably. The area is beautiful and allows you to have a good walk. We were in October which caused less people around and so we kinda felt like the island is ours :))) Location - like 50m from the beach allows you to be there whenever you feel like it :) It's also a good place to explore the rest of the island - beautiful island in deed. We will be back!

Die kommunikation mit jana war sehr gut, das appartement hatte alles was es braucht und ist frisch renoviert. genug parkplätze, gutes wlan und wir wurden mit schockolade und wein aus der region begrüsst! würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

The Place Dijana is offering here is really a beautiful place to spend your vacation time. The apartment itself is located at the second floor and was super clean and completely refurbished. While standing on the roof deck of the house you really do have an amazing view over the cost of Crikvenica. After we arrived on the first day Dijana directly showed us everything (flat, pool, sauna, gym, etc.) and additionally gave some really good tips to have dinner or to participate on some free time activities. Also, in case of any questions Dijana and her family are really trying to do everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible for their guests. All in all, we really enjoyed our vacation time at this place and looking forward coming back in the future! Thank you! :-)

War sehr schön

Da wir sehr kurzfristig Gebucht hatten, haben wir nicht damit gerechnet einen solchen tollen Service vorzufinden. Zwischen Buchung und persönlichen Check In sind gerade einmal 5 Minuten vergangen. Branko sowie auch der Eigentümer haben super mit uns Kommuniziert. Das Apartment selber ist in einer wundervollen Zentralen Lage aber immer noch sehr Ruhig. Die Nachbarschaft war außerdem extrem Freundlich und anascheinend sind in dem Ort alle Menschen sehr Tierlieb, was für uns ein Großer Vorteil war. Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Apartment sehr genossen und werden dieses Jahr bestimmt noch öfter mieten.

Appartement dans maison très agréable. Possibilité de randonner vers certaines criques directement depuis le logement. 10 min en voiture des plages. Boni est une hôte très agréable et très attentive à vos besoins. Nous conseillons ce logement dans lequel nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Such a lovely apartment, complete with shared pool and a private pool and terrace, which was absolutely perfect. Clean, great size, comfy beds. Branko is such a lovely, kind host on hand to support and make recommendations if needed. The location is an ideal walk just minutes from the Marina and beach areas too…we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rijeka. It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Rijeka.
