The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. There is wifi, Digital TV, Queen size bed and is located on the first floor rear. Keys are located by the entrance to the building.

Very spacious relaxing clean and safe apartment on the 2nd floor with nearly new appliances, furniture, great views off the nice 2nd story decks. Pet friendly. BBQ grill, fire pit, and a W/D in the basement. Located on upper Onondaga Hill. I accept short to long-term bookings. I've really enjoy meeting people from different walks of life. I've hosted a SU employee single lady, a traveling MRI medical couple, a Nevada family moving to NY, an executive, Florida and Texas summer vacationers.

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
