Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Ilyas’ place! The home was exactly as described — super clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just few mins walking distance to the beach. And the beach was incredibly beautiful. Ilyas was super responsive; constantly checking on us if everything was smooth. The check-in process and instructions were smooth. We truly felt at home during our stay. It was the perfect place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salalah.

Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here. The easy access to the beach, beautiful pool and surroundings made it a nice escape for us. Restaurant staff near by was friendly and professional. Good food and good people.

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

This apartment was great, a real comfortable space very well thought out and finished to a great standard. The apartment is super private and quiet, it’s on the beach road into Bimmah and doesn’t see much traffic. We spotted sea turtles from the beach across the road and it’s only a 10 min drive to the sinkhole. Make sure you arrive with food there is very limited options of supermarkets and takeaways nearby.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. La villa est magnifique les enfants ont aimé le coin jeux ainsi que la piscine. C’était très propre. Un endroit calme et apaisant pour pouvoir se relaxer. Merci je recommande.

Très bon séjour, et l'hôte nous à facilité une arrivée précoce, les 3 chambres étaient parfaites, les salles de bain et la cuisine également. La partie extérieure était très agréable. Un très bon séjour à recommander.
