Had an amazing stay here! The place is so spacious and beautifully designed, also super clean. The bed is comfortable, internet is great for remote work and Alkhail is a great host and his response time is super fast. It's in a whole center near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Pristine apartment within walking distance of the Mall of Oman and the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque. A lot of new buildings are being built in the neighborhood and I imagine it’s a rapidly-changing area. Some great local restaurants can also be found in the area. Residential and quiet.

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Great stay. The location is good, some restaurants and coffee shops around, also a supermarket. The apartment was clean, pictures are accurate. Yousif was friendly and gave great instructions on what to do. Check in and check out process were easy. There was not enough sunlight for our taste, but during the summer it would be perfect, not too hot.

I suggest Alharbi Mazaya apartment to all of my friends to have a nice experience in Muscat. The location was really excellent, and the prices are excellent. Thanks to the host Ms Bayan who was great at accommodating us, also special thanks to her brother Alhareth who was very helpful and very professional. Extremely recommend this place.

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

Appartement très spacieux pour 3 .. salle de bain dans chaque chambre .. très agréable...mais nous n'y sommes restés qu'une une seule nuit .. environnement en construction.. proche aéroport mais bien isolé.. ce que nous avions recherché.. ne pas oublier de prendre adaptateur pour prises électriques si vous souhaitez recharger Je pense parfait pour un séjour plus long Encore merci à Ibrahim pour sa réactivité à notre arrivée tardive

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!

Abdullah apartment situated in one of Muscat prestigious area Almouj . Close to The Marina where many Restaurants and Hotels like the Kempenesky . Well recommended . The host is excellent and always ready to help .

Aufgrund eines Irrtums meinerseits musste ich einen Tag früher abreisen. Musallam hat sich sehr grosszügig gezeigt und ungefragt die Kosten für eine Nacht rückerstattet. Die Kommunikation mit Musallam war zu jeder Zeit perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach, aber für meine Bedürfnisse vollauf genügend. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön.

Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

The most stylish place you‘ll find in muscat. Located in a very nice neighborhood. The room has everything you‘ll need and the photos here doesn‘t do it any justice!

A charming, renovated villa with a pretty shared courtyard and within 2 minutes walking distance to the beautiful bay and beach. The villa is simple and more spacious than appears though kitchen is snug! It is a very quiet town but this suited us perfectly as a place to relax. Qantab is close to many other places to visit too. The host was helpful and we had everything we needed. Hope to visit again!

Abbiamo affittato una stanza con bagno privato in questo appartamento. Ci siamo trovati bene, corrispondeva alla descrizione ed era anche dotata di una zona comune con divano e televisione con Netflix, che abbiamo utilizzato. L’host è stato gentile e ci ha concesso di effettuare il check-in in maniera autonoma all’orario che preferivamo. Unica pecca, la posizione indicata su Airbnb è sbagliata di qualche centinaio di metri, quindi ci abbiamo messo un po’ a trovare la casa nonostante ci avesse mandato una foto dell’esterno. Siamo riusciti a trovarla solo chiedendo ad un passante del posto, che conosceva l’host e la casa (trattandosi di un piccolo paese). La posizione è molto comoda per visitare il Wadi Shab in prima mattinata, prima che arrivi la moltitudine di turisti; infatti l’appartamento dista meno di 1 km dal punto di inizio del cammino. Alloggio consigliato!
