Thank you for a pleasant stay. We came up from Coventry to take our son for a stadium tour of the Etihad. The house was just a short drive away which made it super easy for us to access. Homely feel and everything we needed at our fingertips. Thank you very much Linda 😊

What a wonderful place to stay. Georgie was a super host,full of information for you from start to finish. Great and easy to communicate with. House full of extras for you to use if required. If you forget something ,don't worry Georgie will probably have it. Beds were comfy,lovely decor throughout. Exceptionally clean. Lovely spot by the canal,with lovely walks either way. parking was easy in a nice quiet street. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at Georgies house. Thank you Georgie for your hospitality. Defiantly would stay again.

Great spot, easy walk to the centre of Bramhall with lots of retail options, pubs, cafe's and restaurants. Train station less than 10 minutes walk - so easy to access Manchester etc. Great Kitchen and dining area to the rear of the house.

We had a great stay, location was perfect for us. visited for the Manchester marathon. transport links were great and local take aways that were recommended were fab. Karl met us at check in and was very friendly. The accommodation was more than we hoped for. Lots of room for us all. The kitchen is perfect. We did spend most of our time in Manchester, however a couple of the guests took a walk to the local reservoir and enjoyed that. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights and found the caravan to be clean and cosy with everything needed for a comfortable holiday The caravan was in a lovely quiet area on site The secure enclosed verandah was great for the dog and for us to sit out to enjoy the sun We would highly recommend the caravan

We had a wonderful stay. Impressive pool, garden furniture and landscaping to make the most of the sun. Ideal location for touring local sites. Izzy and partner were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at Gillon's place, Gillon and his family were wonderful hosts from start to finish and the house and facilities were amazing, not forgetting our new house mate Margot the dog. We would have had the best time as a group wherever we were but the pool and surroundings made this weeekend extra special. Thank you so much for helping us create more incredible memories together.

We booked last minute on Friday for our BH stay. The caravan is beautiful and private with gorgeous views over the Ribble valley. Julie and Faye were so responsive in their messages, I asked a LOT of questions haha but they were so helpful with lots of recommendations of things to do. The caravan is clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. We really loved staying there and will be booking again soon. Don’t think twice about booking! The decking facing the views was such a treat! Thanks Julie and Faye for a really lovely peaceful weekend! x

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely stay. Everything you need. Clean and tidy. Beautiful views and very peaceful. Short walk to the reception and pool. Lovely to sit outside on the decking area. Kids loved the pool. Which was very clean. No toilets near the pool area at the moment, which isn't good when you need to go. We were told the pool was free but we had to pay. Which works out a lot when paying for adults and children. I think that is the holiday park rules though. Longridge was a few minutes drive and had many pubs and places to eat. Also has an excellent park for children. Enjoyed are stay and would definitely stay again.

We went away for a break with three kids - 8, 3 & 2. They loved the site and the onsite activities. For 3 nights we had plenty to entertain the children with the pool, kids club activities, crazy golf, soft play and park. This caravan though made it much more homely. I would recommend staying at this caravan rather than the site ones every time.

An excellent and very pleasant place to stay, at a good price. The accommodation was thoughtfully presented, and pristine – the high standard of cleanliness was much appreciated by us. The buildings, the farm, the village and the surroundings are all wonderful and we felt most fortunate to be there. Our hosts were very pleasant too. Had a lovely stay. The place was really comfortable and had a nice modern decor. Absolutely spotless throughout and beds were extremely comfy too. I will be staying again for sure it was ideal for working in the area. Cheers again

Really impressed with this place to stay. I was expecting it to be a little too good to be true but it was exactly as described! Comfortable, clean, tidy and exactly what we needed. The hosts were super friendly and informative, especially good as we were a very last minute booking. The location was brilliant for what we needed and it was super easy to get to. We would definitely pay to stay again!

Very helpful hosts who have thought of everything that a visitor might need. House is in a good location on a quiet road. Supplies left in the kitchen to get you started. We’ve stayed in very few houses as well equipped as this.

This was our second time staying here and once again felt straight at home as soon as we walked in. We chose this place again because we loved it and it definitely didn’t disappoint.

We had a lovely stay ahead of running Manchester Marathon. Property was very interesting with it's structure and the surrounding looked great for walking, but unfortunately we had to rest our legs ready for the run so couldn't explore too much! Very impressed with facilities and cleanliness of everything. Had a great nights sleep in the comfy beds too, always a bonus.

Very happy with my choice. Cottage felt like home from home. Kitchen was well equipped with top of the range appliances and utensils. Both felt rested after the break due to the comfort of the beds and the peace and quiet of the area. Jackie was a great host, at the end of the phone for questions and advice. Will definitely book again.
