Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

The views from Villa Elaia were nothing short of spectacular from the Mediterranean Sea (panoramic view from Nice to Cannes) in front to the mountains in back, in a peaceful neighborhood, well sheltered and private and in walking distance to a gorgeous, medieval, artisan village and everything it had to offer. We loved absolutely everything about this magnificent villa; from the spaces: the comfortable & large living inside and outdoors along the expansive terrace, the tastefully decorated bedrooms, ample bathrooms, gardens, terraces, amazing pool, and fantastic kitchen & dining areas both inside and out. It was perfect for a family reunion. Sophie and her team were delightful and responsive. Book this place, you won’t have any regrets!

We had a fantastic week in Emanuela’s house. The house is extremely authentic, well proportioned and has an excellent location. 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the shops, 10 minutes from the old town. The host was very responsive and helpful. If this house is available to book, book it.

Fint hus i ett lugnt villaområde med gångavstånd till stränder både i Antibes och Juan-les-Pins samt till Antibes gamla stad. Nära till boulangerie och liten butik. Fräscha och fina badrum och kök. Smidig och välfungerande A/C, dock endast på övervåningen. Härlig pool som uppskattades mycket av barnen. Väldigt lätt att ha att göra med Fabrice och de andra. Vänliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

We had an amazing week at MJ’s incredibly beautiful villa. Being four adults and four kids ranging from 5-15 yo, we had everything anyone could possibly need. It was truly a home away from home. Sending lots of love to MJ for making this a memorable week for everyone in our family. We will be back for sure!

During our stay at Sylvie's stunning home with our two young boys, we were completely blown away. The photos truly don't capture the sheer beauty and quality of the house. From the pristine cleanliness upon our arrival to Sylvie's warm and gracious welcome, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is a perfect blend of tranquil surroundings and easy access to bustling towns and gorgeous beaches. Mornings at the villa were a pure delight, and we happily whiled away our days in the lush gardens, by the pool, and delightful BBQs. We're already eagerly looking forward to our next visit - there's no doubt we'll be coming back!

Asunto on mukava neljälle aikuiselle. Sijainti aivan meren äärellä, kaunis maisema. Alakerran boulangerie on loistava, herkulliset tuotteet ja ystävällinen palvelu. Lähistöltä on helppo liikkua bussilla ja junalla pitkin Cote d’Azuria. Jose ja Catherine ovat ystävällisiä ja joustavia isäntiä.

Super appartement, très bien placé, décoré avec goût. Idéal pour notre petite famille de 4 personnes. Le balcon et la place de parking privée sont un vrai plus ! Anne est très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir une semaine de beau temps 🙂

Location is amazing with everying just outside the door. The apartment was modern and clean and the host super nice. Perfect spot to explore the city and old town.

A proper home. Wonderful, spacious apartment. Beautiful shutters that allowed a cool through breeze. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable beds! And a very thoughtful and generous host. So lovely, she left a delicious bag of baby cakes for our toddler upon arrival, alongside milk, butter, bread and other goodies.

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

La casa está ubicada en una situación privilegiada, tranquila e ideal para familias. Está situada perfectamente para visitar la zona de la Costa Azul. La recomiendo.

Très bon séjour et magnifique endroit

A magical stay in beautiful Valbonne. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it really is a dream home. Well laid out, all the nice amenities for a family holiday Valbonne town is only 3min walk down the hill, loads of shops and restaurant options. Easy to reach nearby beaches and towns. Pool, sauna, gym and pétanque court was a real bonus The view and garden was incredible. Some comments about difficult access; it is a steep hill with narrow lanes. But we fit a 9-seater van up there and young kids managed the hill fine.
