Cannot say enough about this charming little place. It sits on the bottom floor of an old house with one family for generations, and has a truly spectacular open front lawn spilling out directly onto the shores of Williams Bay. Stunning views from the windows. Rooms are not big, but are very cozy, sweet, uncluttered and impeccably clean. This made the entire space seem bigger than it was, and we never once felt crowded. The patio doors from the master BR and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room offer a beautiful scene. Loved looking at the stars at night, walking to the Pier 290 Restaurant and the Green Grocer, to Harpoon Willie's and the lakefront. Relaxing neighborhood full of mature trees...very quiet unit. Outside, the two neighbors are in close quarters to front yard, but did not matter due to the generous slice of land this house owned all the way to the waterfront. This was our second visit, and will not be our last. Wonderful hosts-super responsive.

Our group of 6 ladies was perfectly accommodated in this house. The seating area in the living room (with amazing soffit lighting) was perfect for our evening hangouts. We worked out the beds to meet our needs - because we had great options! We had plenty of off-street parking and figured out the street parking. Street parking was fine after we understood the rotation. Comfortable clean furniture, good lighting, access to electrical outlets, were all great! Lovely house that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The house was nice right by the beach and the area was great. The water was less swim able then desired but I believe it was due to the time of year.

Absolutely love my time at your home. My best friend and I already booked our next stay. Incredibly peaceful.

Wonderful home for a big family or group! Lots to do (if you’re not already busy!). The home has everything you need to rest, relax, and make killer meals. Madison is a quick 30 minute drive away as well. Highly recommend.

This home and property are incredible. The amenities are great and the house was spacious and cozy. The outside property is what we loved the most with easy dock and lake access, a spacious yard and back patio. Spring time on Lake Lorraine was pristine and Céline was an incredible host. Thank you!

This is our second stay here. We enjoy hanging out in the sunshine on the porch and taking in the view. And Sue is a great cohost – very very sweet. Lovely space!

Great place for a family. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, appliances and tools for our stay. Beautiful location, right on the river with a huge lawn for yard games, fire pit, and to have the kids run around.

Kristen was a great host. I had a question about the heating and she got right back to me. The house is cute and perfect for our family stay. I would have preferred a 2 night minimum stay as we had to book an extra night we didn't use

Had a wonderful weekend getaway and Lexi made it perfect! It was so easy to check in and Lexi was very proactive in her responses and instructions! The house was beautiful as well as the views and Lexi thought of every little detail to make the party feel welcome! We will be back!

Great place by the lake. Close to Chicago for a day trip and great restaurants nearby. The home was well equipped with what we needed and the hot tub was a perfect temperature for the chilly evenings. Zan was a responsive host and we had no issues throughout our stay. The beds and couches were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The house was a 10/10 it accommodated me and my family for our weekend getaway , very clean and had everything and more to feel comfortable away from home. The location was great and close to all our events we had planned over the weekend definitely recommend.

Nice place. Relaxing and comfortable. Loved looking at the lake from the window and sitting in the 4 season room for a great breeze. Looks like a great lake for canoeing. I think we will return during warmer weather to enjoy being on the lake canoeing or kayaking. Cottage had everything we could need and then some. Sara was very quick to respond. Beautiful home with amazing views. Very peaceful and serene setting; you forget the house is in a small residential community. The accommodations were very comfortable with lots of room for a larger group to spread out. We would love to come back again for a longer stay to enjoy canoeing, fishing and hit the beach. Mindy was quick to respond to the few questions I had. Almost forgot, LOVED THE FIREPLACE!! Thank you!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake was incredible! Everything was wonderful! I would stay again!

First of all: the selection for silverware was my favorite part of the stay. There were spoon sizes for every type of meal and it was so fun to use the itty bitty spoons for stuff like ice cream. The location was great and we had everything we could have wanted. The deck was well taken care of, and we loved the giant windows that let us see everything outside all the time. It truly felt like a perfect vacation home for our group, to either stay in and play dnd and board games, or go rest on the hammock, or eat dinner on the back porch while staring at the fire pit! The canoe was so much fun and it was so cool to see that we had a fishing rod available to us! (One of our group brought his own fishing rod already so it was really funny.). The kitchen is well-equipped and we never felt like we were running out of dishes (unless we forgot to run the dishwasher!). I would recommend this place to everyone—as long as it’s not a week in planning to be back in it!

Once again, a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place. He always takes the time to ensure his guests are comfortable, very responsive to any questions and it’s a true pleasure to stay there.

We had a good time at this place for a family wedding using the house as a gathering place between all the events that we had to attend. It was about 25-35 min drive to city and most things but Ubers were easy to catch. The lighting in the living room facing the lake was great with all of the big windows and we appreciated the fireplace and how clean everything was.

The home in itself was beautiful and had the best view of the lake. The host is very friendly and responded quickly. My entire family especially my little ones enjoyed our stay and are hoping to be able to come back soon.

The photos do not do this place justice! It's spacious and open, with beautiful, peaceful lake views. When we walked in, we immediately regretted not booking the place longer. There are so many places in the home to hang out with friends, but also plenty of private space for each person. If the weather is good, you do not want to pass up this place!

Great host, great location, great stay! Victoria's place was ideal for our golf weekend. It had everything we needed, but most importantly it had a deck and a view that was perfect for relaxing in between activities. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that's visiting the area.

We had a great time at this location. The house was perfect for our family and we absolutely loved being able to utilize the Lily Pad Floating Mat on the lake. Our kids spent the afternoon jumping off the pier, fishing and going out on the kayaks. Only a short drive away from Lake Geneva, we had tons of dining options available to us. Jason from Elite Lake Rentals was very helpful and accessible during our stay.
