MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Jennifer was simply amazing! So responsive, communicative, understanding, kind, accommodating and genuine. Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

This was our third trip to Darrell’s place in 2 1/2 years. We just can’t get enough! Each trip we add another night to our stay. We’re already checking our schedule for a trip back in October! This guest house is a tiny home, packed full of everything you need. We enjoyed cooking on the little two burner stove top, extra blankets for lounging around on the outdoor bed, mini fridge holds a lot, toaster oven, space heater for the chilly evenings, tv with cable and WiFi. Our favorite thing about this place is the feeling we get when we’re here. We’re instantly at peace. It’s calm and serene. We enjoyed working on crafts at the picnic table under the trees, listening to the deep wind chimes resonate throughout the property. Birds and other wild life are active and brought life to the experience as well as the flow of the many water falls. Darrell is really friendly, and generous. We’re so grateful that he offers this space to us to rent. Looking forward to our next visit!

Spent a weekend here and had a great experience. Check-in was easy and Victor was responsive and accommodating. The house is great and the outdoor space is enormous. The pictures and description really don't do it justice. It includes two separate designed areas with covered and non-covered sections, stringlights, a fire pit, a trampoline, a concrete area perfect for a dancefloor, different options for seating, and a projection screen, plus less structured space and even a couple surprise llamas in the back. The only thing to note is that when they say there is a "hot tub," they mean one of the bathrooms has a bath tub with jets. Regardless, would definitely stay there again and recommend it if you are looking to visit the area.

Nancy’s place was perfect for us for our week+ stay while visiting family in the area. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything that we needed. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood as we are big walkers and the neighborhood streets and the preserve trail right at the end of the road were great for exercise. It was a bit of a cool week while we were in SoCal so the heater/fireplace was a welcome plus for keeping us comfortable. As a tea drinker, I was happy to have an electric tea kettle available while my husband enjoyed the keurig machine and the supply of k-cups Nancy provided. We would certainly stay again.

Alan’s place is really great with its proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and all the fun restaurants and activities. Alan was a great host. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. I will look to book here again on the next visit to Santa Barbara.

We've stayed in a few different places in Venice over the years, and this is by far our favorite. It's a perfect space - well decorated with cool furniture, and every room felt just the right size. The kitchen was great, really well organized, and the bathroom / bathtub was clean and lovely (loved the bidet). Internet was fast and reliable, great for working from home like I did (and there are also tons of places - restaurants / cafes - to work out of nearby). Walking distance to my favorite gym, Barry's Bootcamp, as well as the grocery store. Great for kids because of the bathtub and the fenced in front yard. Would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Unique little spot with amazing views. We were even able to get a bit of hiking in - Lisa gave us the inside scoop on how to walk from our lil trailer to the Topanga State Park trails. We spent some time in LA as well as Oxnard to go whale watching - couldn’t have been better situated to access all the good stuff and take some scenic drives (if you’re into that sort of thing). We are into that sort of thing. Well worth the money just for the atmosphere and nature (fell asleep to the croaks of the local frog population) though we didn’t see any. Comfy beds and restful sleep. Thank you!

It was a pleasure to stay with Don. He was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and spotless. It is minutes from stores and several interesting areas and restaurants. We will stay there again if we need housing in Los Angeles.

What a great spot! There is a lot to do within walking distance but there are a lot of stairs to get to the main thoroughfare. The cottage was super cozy for a tiny house. The kitchen had amenities for the first morning which was helpful after a day of travel. We wished we had more time to spend there but there was so much to do in Ventura.

We loved our stay at Callie's home. The area and house were very peaceful. The decor and comfort of the house is phenomenal. Loved it and would stay here again.

Garrett's Lookout has an incredible view and a welcoming host. It is especially beautiful in the morning with fresh air and the sun. Thanks for sharing your spot and kindness.

We loved staying at Fawns place. So close to the beach and great restaurants, we also loved the farmers market on Sunday. Will definitely be staying at Fawns place again!

Amy’s place was perfect for my visit to LA. Well located in Glendale, it was an easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. I took Lyft/Uber to visit friends in nearby neighborhoods like Echo Park, Burbank, and Highland Park—Glendale being fairly central made that super convenient. The guest house was well equipped and had everything I needed. Amy was really friendly and responsive. Would totally recommend!!

We felt right at home for our mother daughter trip. Location is perfect for touring the town. Beds were very comfortable and we had great nights of sleep. Very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and cozy! We didn’t want to leave!

A wonderful stay. Great proximity to the surrounding towns and wineries - all in driving distance. The Airbnb was comfortable and homely. Would stay again if visiting the area.

One of our favorite Airbnbs. We return every year because our kiddos love it so much! Great location, great hosts, truly an Airbnb that gets back to the core what it was once all about. Highly recommend!

Debra was such an amazing host!! She took my friends and I in during the fire evacuations in LA and was so helpful during our entire stay. She brought us fresh eggs from her friend's farm and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cabin was so cute and cozy, we all felt so at home! Thank you Debra!!

A great home base for a small familie's adventures in Los Angeles.

My family and I had a great stay! Upon arriving, I was highly impressed with how clean everything was! We loved being able to walk right across the street and enjoy the beautiful beach views. The location was great and Erica was responsive to any questions we had. She also gave us a great breakfast recommendation. Being able to do laundry was a bonus for me, and the outside sitting area was very relaxing. When visiting the area in the future, we will definitely stay again!

beautiful space! that hill is no joke, but once you're used to it, it's not so bad. and the view at the top is excellent. we loved all the little touches, the quirky and eclectic decorations, the gorgeous backyard. we had a wonderful time and would happily stay again!
