We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Located on the north side, it is just fifteen minutes from the heart of downtown Bloomington, IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forest, the suite offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath. Suitable for up to four guests, come to enjoy the serenity of country living, the comforts of home, and easy access to the city.

Recently remodeled in law suite. We just upgraded the bed to a queen size. Very private, detached garage getaway. A cozy sitting area 60" CableTV with HBO SHOWTIME and STARZ. Wet bar with fridge, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, dishes and some cookware. Private bath has shower and a walk in closet. This private apt. is above the garage. Outside has fenced in yard for your furry friend, outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Close to the interstate and minutes from downtown.

Peaceful, centrally-located historic 1892 Queen Anne Victorian home. The Eagle's Nest has private entrance, off street parking, 2 bedrooms, furnished suite on the 2nd floor overlooking White River. Walk 0.6 miles to downtown Muncie, less than 2 miles to Ball State Univ. and 2 blocks to the Bob Ross Experience (Minnetrista). Nearby eatery and brewery options. Just 29 steps to 62-mile Cardinal Greenway, longest trail in Indiana. Might see an eagle hunting along the river too. You will love it!

Private Prospect Flat

Two bedroom apartment located on picturesque Covered Bridge Road in Prospect, KY. There is a separate entrance with plenty of parking. Beautiful views of Kentucky landscape from every window. Our property is four acres with a meandering stream, forest, and fields. There is a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. The main bedroom includes a work space area and two closets. Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.

Birdsong Meadow - A Peaceful Home in the Country

We live on a quiet 5 acre lot in the country, 1 mile north of I-70 and offer a 1,200 sq. ft. lower level apartment with private access through the garage. No cleaning fee charged. Space includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 single bed), kitchen, living room, bath and access to the backyard. Coffee, tea and snack are provided. Stores and restaurants are within 10-15 min., 1 mile to a Columbus metro park, 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to the airport.

Strawbale Bungalow. Bloomington Indiana USA.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

We also provide a fold out desk that guests can use for a remote work space if desired.
