The perfect location for our visit to UGA! Right across the street from campus and in the heart of the Athens action, this apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Great communication from the host made check-in a breeze.

Very responsive and with an extremely late need for check in at last minute notice. Friendly and great all around staff and place!

The apartment was well set up and great for our one night stay. The complex was secured by a code as was the apartment. It was a quiet building. Location was also great as it's directly across from UGA. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very attentive and sent us clear instructions of where to park, where the apartment was, and how to get in.

This apartment has a spacious living room, is very comfortable, clean and bright and is right on the edge of North Campus, with the living room windows look out at campus across Broad St. The convenience to campus and downtown Athens are unbeatable. The parking garage Alicia recommends has an exit on Clayton St, so if you park near that exit, you're just a block from the apartment.

Great place to share with a small group, close to downtown.

We have stayed there three or four times, and it's great, as always! It has easy access to downtown and campus, great views of the city, great parking, clean rooms, and nothing bad to say.

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

This condo is perfectly located for a UGA visit or game day weekend. Great location in a quiet complex. The apartment is very cute and comfortable, with a nice layout. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Obsessed with the design & decor in this condo - modern, clean, beautiful. Spacious, open living/dining/kitchen. His & her sinks, comfortable bedrooms w/ blackout blinds, updated bathroom. Perfect location downtown. Will be booking again next time we're in Athens!

Our stay was great — such a cozy (and spotless) atmosphere. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout our stay. We ended up extending last-minute and our hosts made it quick and seamless.

We have only stayed in a couple of Airbnbs, and this one was the best. It is very roomy and clean. The kitchen is big and very user-friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking it again the next time we are in town.

Great Athens stay! We came to bring Thanksgiving to our son who plays football for UGA and attend the game that weekend. Paul was a great host very responsive and friendly. Our son is a freshman so we definitely intend to visit Paul’s place again. We would definitely recommend you stay in this beautiful place!

This place was absolutely perfect! Tricia is so kind and helpful. Very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is SO clean. So many blankets and supplies. I could not be happier. All of the Dawg decor was a major plus. I hope to be back! Go Dawgs!

Perfect place to stay when visiting the Classic City! Location is on point especially if attending any occasion with the University! The Airbnb itself was clean, quiet place and had all you would need for weekend or overnight trip! Michelle, was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions or needs! We will for sure stay here again!
