It is small/intimate, not meant for huge gatherings but it is perfect for families who enjoy being right at the beach. Public access is directly across the small road in front of the house. Steps away from your beach vacation! BE AWARE that in order to access our unit, Guests will NEED TO CLIMB STAIRS!

The search for a beach getaway is over. We are located in the family friendly beach town of Garden City. Located 1/2 mile north of Garden City pier, and two miles south of the Surfside Pier. There are stunning ocean and marsh views. Mornings can be spent on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, while evenings you can watch sunsets over the marsh. Our condo is vacation ready with a fully stocked kitchen and has a family friendly layout for up to 5 guests.

Lynda's Legacy is located only 200 steps to the ocean. She just got a complete make over. We used the very calming Front porch grey color in the whole house, as this is our happy place and we like to come here to get away from all our cares and let the beach wind blow in our hair. We would love to share this with you. King size bed in Master bedroom. Queen size beds in other 2 bedrooms. Single day bed in upstairs nook. You can sit on the front porch and hear the ocean waves.
