Little house in Berlin, Md.

Our home is located in Ocean Pines, Maryland. Spend the day at the beach, golf, come back and relax on our spacious screened porch. The community has 5 pools, walking trails, Parks, and more. The house is a short drive to Ocean City, Md. (8 Miles) via Rt. 90 or Rt. 50. Assateague Island National Seashore is also just a short drive 12 miles. You can see wild horses, beautiful sunsets, ride bikes, or go to the beach. There are many golf courses within 15 miles of the house all very nice.

Enjoy neighborhood amenities such as a breathtaking waterfront Yacht Club with restaurant and live music (seasonal), Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf, farm market, playgrounds, 5 pools/fee (4 seasonal), and racquet club.

Off the hallway is the king bedroom and separate full bathroom with bathtub. Spacious mud/laundry room with beach chairs, umbrella and wagon available for use. Open loft area upstairs with arcade game, lounging area, 2 additional bedrooms and full bath with stand-up shower.

Antique Attic, No cleaning fee, No Wi-Fi

This over the garage loft is a throwback from the 1980's. Vintage furniture and decor. Queen bed, twin bed, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, AC, sink, dishes, glasses. Record player plays vynal records, CDs, cassettes. Bethany Beach is a ten minute drive. The bathroom is small with a sloping ceiling, a small shower, and while clean, shows its age. NO WIFI, rustic with access to shared backyard, outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor seating and dining, garden; beach gear. TY!

Tortuga Cottage: Your All- Season Getaway

This is an escape to reacquaint with family, nature, and your best self. Come home from the beach just a few miles away to enjoy the gas fire place, outdoor fire pit, and hot tub on chilly nights, fenced in back yard. Take advantage of the parks indoor outdoor pools golf yacht club, just moments from the cottage. Dogs are part of our family, and we are happy to consider canine guests on a case by case basis. Welcome to Good Earth's Camping Field! - Market and restaurant onsite - 4.7 miles from Bethany Beach - Bathhouse and outdoor shower - small RVs and Vans ok but no hook ups - Solo stoves and picnic tables. ​ - Dogs welcomed, must be leashed - Some shade in the afternoon - There is a lot of stuff going on the property (people around) it’s not a secluded campground but a beautiful open field area.
