This condo was such a great spot for our group of 7 to enjoy the holidays. The balcony had an amazing view, and the space looked just like the photos. Everything was super convenient and easy to access. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The location was directly on the beach which was perfect. Located near everything which was another pro. I’d definitely book again.

This place was fantastic! Private although there was a neighbor. Restaurants are close although you are secluded. Not far from town if you need groceries or pharmacies I hope we can use this location often!

Overall a great stay!! The place looked just like the pictures. Location was also fantastic!! So close to the beach. The condo is in a gated area which was so nice & made us feel so safe. Amber was SO ACCOMMODATING and even let us check in early because the cleaning crew finished early.

Ryan was a great host and the location was fantastic. The wraparound deck was amazing especially when we had to come off the beach for naps for our kids, we were still able to relax, while overlooking the beach! This was the perfect distance to be able to walk to everything while also feeling as if you had the peace and quiet. The only thing I would say is the parking is very narrow so if you are renting a car, be mindful of the size of vehicle and be prepared to have a great back-up parker in your group, haha! Very excited to go back and stay next year!!

We absolutely loved staying here! Really appreciated John already having beach chairs and an umbrella there for use. I loved that the pool was off to the side and not in front of the building. Nothing separated you from the beach! Breathtaking views the moment you walked in!

My kids and I enjoyed our stay at Erika's place. It was a great location, the beach was perfect, the balcony and pool were so nice to have. We enjoyed having a full size fridge and utilized the kitchenette. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Amazing location, next to beach and walkable to super fun spots. Responsive host as well. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

We loved this place! We have stayed at Patricia Grand several times, but this condo really had it all. We liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area. We were in town to compete in a weightlifting competition, so the full kitchen was great. Loved that there's a mini dishwasher too. Our senior chihuahuas also seemed to enjoy the place. You can't hear any outside noise once you're in the unit. We would definitely stay again!

Very responsive and helpful host. The room met all of our needs and was perfect for our family of 3. Awesome view!

This is our second year at this condo, feels like home. we love being ocean front, hearing the waves and being close. beautiful view. Bed is comfy, walking distance to grocery and restaurants and shopping. then beach wasn't crowded when we were there. thank you!!

Great unit in great location! Very clean and comfortable. and very well apportioned! Super responsive host. Loved the view and it was a plus to have an on site restaurant.

We needed a quick last minute getaway and this was the perfect spot. Close to the beach and the pier (which was still halfway closed since being damaged by a hurricane). You can still walk down there and grab a drink and relax however. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with and the space was just right for the two of us.

This place was just perfect for my little family! We loved the location, and enjoyed the amenities of the home. Stef was a great host, providing helpful information in advance! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place on the beach! Loved the fireplace in the main room! Rooms were nice and comfy. Communication with Jen was easy and instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. I will say I was a little intimidated to use the towels due to a charge if they were stained but makeup towels were made available. It was very quiet at night. Not a lot of noise. Very peaceful. Good view of the beach and the sunrise!

Beautiful, spotless condo in the best location overlooking the ocean with tons of restaurants and activities in walking distance. Will definately rent from these owners again!

This unit is very spacious and nicely decorated. Enough room to gather all together to eat a meal and also sit around and socialize. It was well stocked with beach items such as towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. It was nice to have the starter items such as 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, a few pods for dishwasher and washing machine, and even little shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. Margate Tower is nestled in a beautifully landscaped area right on the ocean. The view from the 17th floor is amazing. Lots of restaurants and stores very close by. The owners are very quick to respond to questions or issues. I would highly recommend staying here!

Just the best! Annette’s condo is exceptionally comfortable, clean and inviting. Everything, from the well stocked kitchen (we cooked all our meals) to the incredibly comfortable couches in the house and on the deck, to the comfy recliner that overlooks the ocean, is carefully thought out and perfect. The view is breathtaking, the peace is restorative, and the days vanish in happy relaxation. Annette quickly responds to all questions and always gives great advice about where to eat (our last visit) or where to buy the freshest fish or whatever you are looking for. She is an excellent host and staying at her condo is a wonderful treat! We loved every minute and can’t wait to return!

Great location! Easy checkin. The double units help with larger groups to stay as we were 7 folks. Definitely would recommend for families. Host was fantastic as for the response timing and making sure everything was accommodated.

Jennifer was a great host a very communicative and responsive. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed - everything from the cooking utensils to the pans and the towels were high quality. The location was perfect for our family. We loved the quick access to the pool and the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here. It was perfect size for our family of 4. We used the kitchen for some meals. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, we loved the fact the door to the place was in a little alcove and that we didn’t have to walk through our bedroom. Everything you’d need to cook with. Plenty of towels. The view was beautiful. Lijun was very quick with a response when I couldn’t find the parking pass and at check in day we got in a little early which we appreciated because we made better time than expected. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
