My 13 year old nephew and I enjoyed the space and location. Being able to walk out to the beach any time was wonderful.

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

This is the perfect pet-friendly stay in OB! Literally steps away from dog beach. The unit is perfect and has every amenity. We really appreciated the beach chairs when we took the doggos to the beach! Next time we come back we definitely want to stay here.

This is a really lovely spot. Right on the beach, great view of the ocean loved the sound of the waves. Apartment well maintained and clean. bed was great. Very nice rooftop patio We had a great stay.

This studio is fantastic. The photos do not do the location justice--it is VERY close to the beach. Any closer, and you'd be a house on the boardwalk with little privacy. I appreciated the details that Ginger has put into this studio--everything is labeled so you won't be wondering where anything is and she provides lots of extra that made for a stress free trip. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and loved that a pack-n-play, high chair, and children's kitchenware was provided! There's also toys appropriate for toddlers through older kids (adult boardgames too). The bunk room doesn't have a door (but this is a studio after all), but we brought a sound machine with us and there is a hallway pocket door to keep noise separate. The location of this apartment cannot be beat! It's a couple of blocks away from the beach and around the corner from a very cute commercial street filled with good restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Niloo was incredibly flexible and accommodating regarding check in and check out. My only complaint is that sound proofing in the building could be better. Otherwise, a delightful stay!

Budd & Matt’s place is a gem! Great location, nice amenities, and the hosts were great communicators, proactive, and very friendly. They even had little things like having a stocked pantry for coffee, tea, hot cocoa (with the different sugars and non-dairy creamer), beach equipment, a bag of ice in the freezer for the cooler (didn’t get a chance to utilize the beach equipment as I was there for a convention). I’ve been to many AirBNB/short term rentals, and Budd & Matt set the standard of what a great AirBNB/short-term rentals should be in terms of location, amenities, AND especially the hosts. Will definitely be back when I am doing a conference in SD!

You cannot beat this location and the view! There's a dedicated parking spot in the building and then you can walk to restaurants and anything else you may need. It was great!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

what a wonderful place to stay. Great sunsets and walks on the beach. Great way to relax. The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. Thanks again for making our trip much easier.

This was a great location, we loved being right on the beach and the walking path. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed, including walkable restaurants and parking. Tina was responsive, and helped us to find everything we needed.

We had a great stay at The Endless Summer Condo. The location was great. The views from condo were amazing. We loved that there were restaurants within walking distance. We used the recommendations from Nick. The condo came with everything you would need from the kitchen to the beach supplies. Loved that there was a parking spot. We will definitely consider another visit!

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.

Without a doubt, this is a great spot if you need some ocean therapy. Wake up, open the shade, and you feel like you’re beaching it within the dwelling. This is very much a classic beach house. To book it is to know that you’re spending your time out on the sand or at the nearby spots, without much expectation for your living space. The patios are really great, and made my trip ideal. The neighbors are also really nice. I’d definitely book again!

Cute and quaint space within seconds of an amazing view. The greenery adds to the privacy, and walkable to beaches and shops, but also easy to get around by car. Having a parking space was a nice added bonus! Friendly hosts, responsive and nice when reached out by phone call. Also nice through the app.

We stayed at Maria's place with our two 14- and 11-year-old kids for a week and had a perfect vacation. Maria had great recommendations and clear instructions on where to park and enter. We loved walking to Rosemont Cafe and the beach, and our favorite local dinners were at The Promiscuous Fork, The Taco Stand, and El Pescador. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and the patio was peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Diego. The location is unbeatable right on the beach with good views. There are tons of great food places within a 5-minute walk, which made it super convenient. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions and even recommending some awesome food spots. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

We loved the scene! It was upstairs, so we definitely got our exercise. The view was beautiful and absolutely perfect. The surroundings were ideal. My wife went into the water and said it felt just right. This trip was for my birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect vacation with my family by my side.

Great stay at Glenna's place on Mission Bay. It's a spacious apartment, incredibly well equipped. With kids there was everything. The Garage is perfect to not stress about parking. Walk right out onto the bay, walk two blocks and be on the oceanside. Good food and coffee locations, playground across the street. Strongly recommend.

Perfect Location ! Within steps of the beach and boardwalk and restaurants/shops. We loved Mrs. B’s Coconut Club right next door . Coffee across the path and the Açaí bowls a half a block away. The beds very were comfortable also. Mike responded to all my questions within minutes and even called us the first day . We will come again !

Excellent stay, you can not be closer to the beach. the windows are huge and somehow completely private. gas plumbed grill was a big plus. volleyball net right outside. very walkable to all MB locations
