Deer Ranch is a remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sitting on four acres of private land, with outdoor decks, hot tub, and plunge pool. This contemporary Frank Lloyd Wright-styled-like home sits on top of a hill with meadows below and towering redwoods that add to a peaceful seclusion getaway, and still only minutes from the hamlet of Occidental (1.3 miles). The pool is open during the summer months only (late May-end of September). The hot tub is on all year-round.

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Our name says it all — we encourage play, not work. This is a great space to decompress, get out and do the things you love. We are 6-8 miles of the Russian River and 11 miles from Bodega Bay with many hiking trails and biking roads in between.
