Very nice place clean and loved the coffee bar!! They let us check in ear and that was terrific for the wedding that we were going to!!! Thank you very much we had a great time!

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

We have stayed at Sherry’s house several times and plan to come back. It’s a perfect size for us and we love the private setting in nature with no other houses right next to it. We hear birds often and sometimes even coyote. Despite being away from other houses, it’s close enough to the things we want to do and our family who live in Pine Ridge. We especially appreciate that she provides kayaks and we used them several times. Having a garage is also great for us to store the bikes that we bring with us. Sherry is a friendly and responsive host who does her best to make sure her guests have a great stay. We look forward to our next trip to Citrus Springs.

We had to come to town for family business and Christopher was very accomodating.He knew we were traveling with a pet and let us know we could check-in as soon as cleaners were done. He even let us know if we needed more days to finish what we had to do it was available. The yard was amazingly spacious and our dogs ran and played every afternoon till they dropped. The pool was crystal clear and felt amazing after our long days of stress. The arcade games were a hit with the husband and my brother as they battled for highest score on a couple of them. Overall a 10....thank you so much for your ...understanding for what we were dealing with and offer if we needed anything. Although we will not be back in this area I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing home.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The house was exactly as described, and was perfectly located for our event! Will definitely stay here again!!

Everything about Ele's place was great. from the location to the warm inviting atmosphere of the home. Ele was an outstanding host. When we told her that we were there house shopping, she was very helpful with suggestions about different neighborhoods and areas. We highly recommend Ele's place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment.

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

We really enjoyed Amy & Gaston’s place! Great location, close to the beach. We loved the use of beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler. We really enjoyed our morning walks to the Kookaburra and our evenings at Cone Heads (w/ nondairy options). This is a great, quiet place to stay if you’re looking for a lowkey beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! Great place that worked perfect for us, and love that we could walk to places to eat as well as enjoy beautiful walks on the beach!

Has a really nice couple of days here. The area is quiet and the place is cozy and well furnished. Really well stocked kitchen for people who prefer to cook at home, pretty much any supplies you need are there!

We had a great time! Perfect spot for a couple of days, location was exceptionally close to downtown but still felt secluded, and instructions provided were clear and informative. We would definitely come back next time if it’s available!

Love that the complex was located on the beach. Even though our unit wasn't directly there, we could drive over to the beach access which had a very nice walkway to the beach. Very scenic. A gazebo where you could rest in the shade. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen had everything we needed including a blender for our smoothies.

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

Great location for beach access. Private, quiet, pool and hot tub a bonus. Clean, bright, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Loved staying here, hope to be back. Recommend 100 percent.

Todd’s place was wonderful and glad he accommodated us on short notice. Loved how it was close enough to the historic sites and things to do but in a quiet area as well. Pool and beach were wonderful!

This place was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so we did have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Besides that, it is a straight 15 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Beach access is also located on the property. The televisions are great and the property has fast internet. We would definitely stay here again.
