This was the perfect place for our quick weekend getaway. The rooftop deck was awesome for the sunrises and sunsets. A quick walk to the beach but close enough to grab something if you need it. Lots of places close by where you can walk to eat.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Josh’s home! The location was amazing, only a block from the beach! We also appreciated the supplied beach chairs and cart to carry our items across the street more easily. The fenced in portion of the yard was also ideal since we brought our two dogs.

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

Wendy’s place was exactly as described. It was very comfortable but clutter free. The beach was very close, just about a block or so, on a quiet street. I loved that Wendy did not have a ridiculous cleaning fee or pet fee. We always clean up before we leave any Airbnb we stay in, so having expensive cleaning costs are always a turn off. Overall, the home was very clean and tidy. The couch was super comfy with automated recliners. Wendy provides plenty of beach supplies, as well as kitchen items for cooking. Everything worked! The giant Roku enabled tvs were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

A great, quirky, perfect located property with everything you need! Really enjoyed our stay, will be coming back!

The house was great for a 13 member family vacation. There was plenty of space. It was as pictured on the site. The kids loved the pool, pool table and life size games. The house was in walking distance of the beach. The area was great for families. The host was very responsive.

These were the absolute bests hosts we have ever encountered. So responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. Great place with a backyard pool and a short walk to the beach and to coffee and food.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Thank you so much.

Condo was great! Short walk across the parking lot to the public beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk/loft beds. Unit is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator so be prepared for that. Super close to great restaurants, ice cream, & putt putt. We would stay here again!

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The home had a great layout and really nice outside pool and entertaining area. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of the home is perfect. Downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 min drive so you get a great historic city and beach all in one vacation.

Communication was great!! very easy check in process. House was very clean and well set up. Beds are comfortable. Pool was clean and very relaxing environment. We will definitely come back again if we stay in Saint Augustine. Jackie Lowder

Jodi's place is wonderful! It's beautifully and tastefully decorated, has quality and comfortable furniture and beds, and well equipped kitchen, bed and bathrooms. What stands out is her attention to detail and the extra touches that made us feel special: from the abundance of beach gear, assortment of bath, kitchen and laundry supplies, and a welcome snack & wine basket to the way the beds and bathrooms were dressed (actually every room!) shows how much she cares about her guests and wants them to feel welcome and at home. The property is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The pool is perfect and clean. If you’re looking for the most comfortable bed, they have it. My boyfriend wants the bed haha. Chris was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing is make sure when parking don’t block the gate at the end, it’s the garbage can access. I didn’t see Chris’ message until the next day to move my car and I felt awful. They may want to consider putting that in the info they provide. They have really taken the time to put together the cutest app for you for your stay. It definitely came in handy. We would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

Pure paradise! Beautiful ocean views right from the lovely beach house! Everything we needed was provided even quarters for the pinball machines. Quiet relaxing section of Flagler Beach. Spectacular sunrises and a relaxing beach to enjoy long walks! The remodeled kitchen had upscale appliances and everything we needed! We look forward to returning this beach paradise!

Our family had a fantastic time at Kara’s place! The house was exactly as described. Very clean & plenty of space for our family of four, plus three more family members that stayed with us for a few days. Close to the beach & a pretty quick drive downtown. We absolutely love St. Augustine & would stay here again. Kara was super responsive & even let us check in early.

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

Rhonda's beachside home is absolutely stunning and homey at the same time! We felt right at home and the home is so close to the beach that we were able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach easily and within just a few minutes. Having all of Rhonda's beach chairs, wagon, beach towels, and cooler was definitely an added plus! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The kitchen and bedrooms are fully stocked and well maintained. There are three levels of stairs in the house, so be advised if you have joint or back problems. My 2 besties were with me and we all have joint problems but were able to manage well. And, then there is our great hostess, Rhonda! She communicated well before, during, and after out stay. She was always available if we had any questions. She is very nice also! An added plus! This is definitely a great beach house, very close to the beach, and nice quiet neighborhood! I definitely recommend this beach home for your next getaway! :)

If you’re on the fence—book it. This Flagler Beach spot absolutely slaps. First off, 3-ply toilet paper? That’s the kind of hospitality that says we care about your cheeks. Respect. The beachfront view is pure therapy—sunrise coffee hits different here. Morning wave-gliding was next level, especially with the provided poolside gear. It’s giving surf-core serenity. Kitchen? Fully tooled. From the fridge to the pans, we had everything we needed to chef it up without a hitch. Board games for the kids kept them vibing while the grownups unwound—major win. In short: sunny vibes locked in, comfort dialed up, and memories made. 5/5 stars. Zero regrets. You can’t go wrong.

Exactly as described, comfortable, fans in living spaces in addition to the ability to reasonably adjust the thermostat. Host was very responsive and friendly.

We so enjoyed our stay directly on the beach. The location was awesome with just a few locals walking by occasionally and only a few others staying near. Felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. A Florida afternoon storm came while we were there but no problems. So refreshing to stay on FL beaches without commercialization, condos, crowds and more.
