Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

Geniesse das Zurich stilvoll und übernachte in einer 100-jährigen Villa an der Zürcher Goldküste. Das neu renovierte Studio befindet sich im Gartengeschoss und hat einen eigenen Eingang und Privatsphäre. Ein schöner Sitzplatz im Garten lädt zum Verweilen in der Sonne ein. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Küsnacht, 7min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof entfernt, wo alle 10min ein Zug nach Zürich fährt. Zum Bellevue sind es mit dem Zug nur 10min. Zum Park am See ist es ein 10min Spaziergang.

Das Apartment liegt unmittelbar an der Hauptstrasse in Herrliberg, zu Fuss nur etwa 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Herrliberg-Feldmeilen entfernt. Gleich neben an befindet sich ein Coop Supermarkt. Herrliberg ist eine ruhige Wohngemeinde, welche sich an der Sonnenseite des Zürichsee befindet. Mit dem Zug hat man bis in die Stadt nur rund 17 Minuten.
