Oaxaca : locations de vacances adaptées aux animaux

Amy’s place was exactly what I needed for my 5 week stay in Oaxaca. The house is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. A simple and well designed space with everything I needed. The San Felipe neighborhood is a bit far from all the happenings in the city but if you’re comfortable being a bit off the beaten path and learn how the local buses work it makes for nice escape. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house and very comfortable. Supermarket around the corner which was super convenient. About a 25-30 minute walk to centro but you can take a moto taxi to the bridge and then either walk or get a regular taxi. We really enjoyed our stay and was a great value. Oliver was super responsive and accommodating!

La casa estaba limpia, muy bonita, cocina totalmente equipada y la atención por parte del anfitrión fue muy buena y oportuna. No tan cerca del centro, 20 minutos caminando y 8 en carro, para nosotros esto no fue algo negativo ya que disfrutamos de caminar y nos pareció que la zona era segura incluso de noche. Fue de mucha utilidad que la casa contara con estacionamiento para dos vehículos, al igual de que cada habitación contará con su propio baño, esto dio privacidad a todos los huéspedes y agilizó mucho las salidas de la casa para los paseos. Batallamos un poco con la conexión al wifi, lo reportamos al anfitrión y acudió a revisarlo personalmente, sin embargo la conexión no mejoró. A pesar de contar con smart tv en cada habitación y en la sala de estar no pudimos conectarnos a Netflix u otra plataforma. Otro punto de mejora es cuidar la luz que entra en las habitaciones por los tragaluces de las habitaciones, nosotros que viajamos con un bebé fue algo que no favoreció su sueño

Our stay at Olivia’s property in Oaxaca was nothing short of magical. We were a large group 12 family members coming together for one of the most important moments of our lives. It was for my wife Lesly and our wedding in the beautiful town of Atzompa in the cultural center of Ex hacienda San Jose. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a very special place. The home itself was stunning—spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Each room had its own charm and offered a peaceful retreat, yet the common areas brought us together every morning and evening to share meals, laughter, and stories. The rooftop was beautiful. The layout was perfect for a large group like ours, giving us both privacy and plenty of space to connect as a family. The views of the mountains and surrounding nature were breathtaking something we’ll never forget. Olivia was truly the most thoughtful and gracious host we could have asked

The stunning view of Oaxaca was amazing from this lovely Airbnb. This three story home is decorated with beautiful local art; each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the view from the terrace is magical. Plan to either rent a car or take taxis to the center of town (we took taxis). After a busy day, this quiet abode is the perfect retreat. We are truly grateful.

This spot was perfect! Azarel met us in order to show us how to get there and let us in. The apartment was very clean, lots of room to spread out, and the kitchen is small but well supplied. There’s a nice patio where you can sit outside. The beds are comfortable, and the AC works well. The location was great for us- 20 minute walk to the San Felipe area where we took Spanish lessons. And another 30 minute walk in other direction to El Centro. On Sunday there’s a street market full of local items and food- right down street! And there is a convenience store very close and Soriana just a 5 minute walk. Azarel responded quickly to questions about restaurants and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Azarel!

The location is great. The house is gorgeous and has a lot of space. The people that manage the place were helpful and attentive. It is a nice place for a big group, and a very good value for us, specially during holidays. However, the place was a bit dusty, and the mattress were not the most confortable ones. The place has potential and it is a good deal if you have a big group in a festive mood. They even have a lap pool with a little bar on the side.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. La casa es fenomenal, ofrece muchísima tranquilidad y, sobre todo, es el lugar perfecto para relajarse. Está completamente equipada, con todo lo necesario para no querer salir. La alberca es increíble , las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar. La atención de Adele fue fantástica desde antes de reservar, y Florencio siempre estuvo atento a cualquier detalle para asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos. Sin duda, en nuestra próxima visita volveríamos a reservar esta hermosa casa. 🤩

Fue exactamente igual a las fotos, estaba impresionante. El lugar fue divertido cómodo amplio, tenía detalles como la calidad del jabón y todo equipado para la estancia, muy divertido y la anfitriona siempre estuvo pendiente resolviendo mis preguntas

Property is great for families, super walkable to shops and restaurants, and the hosts are responsive.

Loved our stay at Damien’s place. It’s very quiet and private but also easy walkable distance to the heart of the plaza for restaurants and shoppes. We especially enjoyed the plunge pool and deck in the morning w coffee and then set out in the afternoons for exploration. Yes, there is a hill on your return but quite manageable. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for making coffee, snacks, and cocktails. Damian also partners w a couple locals who were wonderful for driving, Nacho (Ignacio), and Mari for cooking or tending to anything needing to be looked at immediately. Highly recommend staying at Damian’s place and then enjoying beautiful Oaxaca, the kind people, the AMAZING food, and the inspiring art creativity. Muchas Gracias!! 🇲🇽🧡

Loved my stay at Yolanda’s. As others have mentioned, it’s a bit of a hike to/from town, but I enjoyed the walk (sometimes multiple times a day) and felt very safe. The view of the city is gorgeous and being within short walking distance of Cerro del Fortín for running/hiking was a huge plus. Yolanda was super accommodating and even offered to hold my bags at her office in the city and transport them to the apartment since I had an early flight into town. I’d absolutely stay again next time I’m in Oaxaca.

Excelente para relajarse y descansar. Los minisplit fueron muy útiles. La cocina cuenta con lo necesario. El sofá cama es bastante cómodo y amplio. Hay espacio de sobra para estacionar cualquier vehículo. Me gustó que había gimnasios súper cerca, al igual que tiendas. El centro de Oax está cerca, 12-15 minutos en carro. Totalmente cómodo y con espacio.

nos agradó mucho la estancia, el alojamiento estuvo perfecto para las personas que fuimos, ya conociendo la ruta del camión fácil se va y regresa al centro histórico!

Excelente alojamiento, recomendado al 100. Muy cerca del centro ya sea caminando o en auto.

Es mi tercera vez quedándome en el lugar y la verdad volvería sin dudarlo , lo recomiendo muchísimo

El lugar es muy amplio y limpio. La zona está retirada del centro por lo que es recomendable llevar coche y salir caminando de la casa sería algo complicado. Es una muy buena opción para llevar mascotas ya que su patio principal es muy amplio. Muchas gracias por recibirnos.

Una excelente ubicación si buscas estar alejado del bullicio de la ciudad. Lo ocupé para hacer un retiro y todo fue excelente. Contacto con la naturaleza y la vista del amanecer es linda desde los departamentos. Hay sonidos propios de los animales que viven por la zona pero nada que sea molesto. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia grata. La cocina y los trastes muy bien, cuenta con refrigerador y estufa con horno. Si olvidas llevar algún insumo, hay tiendas locales cercanas. Volvería. 🙂

Everything was great. Rooms were clean. Community area was nice. Simple kitchen. The location is super close to the city center as described. The only thing to note is if you have a room close to the street, the street noise is pretty loud. We had trouble with the lock box to get into the main entrance, but once the manager understood what was going on (the following day) they changed the lockbox code and everything was great.
